Cancelling issues
I like the actual product though not sure I feel any benefits after a few good months. The real issue is I can’t cancel my subscription. The website said I don’t even have a subscription to cancel yet money is coming out of my account.
I have contacted customer services also.

Extremely disappointing experience with Reformed Coffee. I ordered a deal that clearly included three coffees, Pure Creatine Monohydrate and a free set, but I received only two coffees, with the other items missing.
I paid for the full offer but did not receive what I ordered. I have photos of the order confirmation and everything that was delivered as evidence.
I am sharing this review to warn other customers to check their orders carefully before ordering. After this experience, I would think twice before placing another order with this company.

My complementary gift didn't arrive with my parcel and no one warned me beforehand. I have been keeping sending email and always get a reassuring response. However, it has been more than a month that I still haven't received my gift that was meant to come with my last order. I was very disappointed and really doubt the way the company does things, so I cancelled my order today and sent an email to chase my gift. They then told me that the gift is going to be added to the next subscription but noone ever tolf me this. This just confirms my suspicion that they are a complete scam. Please avoid with all costs!

I have been with reformed for a few months now & referred two friends! So i had a £10 off voucher & decided to order a starter kit so that i had two!
Big disappointment as only the coffee arrived! Contacted by WhatsApp on 30/09 and then again 02/09 no reply or acknowledgement!

Can’t fault the coffee , or the lions mane and Tremella , but the customer service, they guys who send the orders out, believe it or not my 6 year old would do so much better than them, seriously, they are as thick as you can get , but after a lot of frustration and hard work to explain what has happened, they really are as good as gold

Just buy it and feel the difference. I am not a person who trusts or believes in a lot of products that make big claims. Reformed coffee is one of the best things I have ever bought.
