Incredibly thorough work yet very easy to follow. Replies to questions within a day or two and will email within the same amount of time. Although what I followed did not work the first time it was due to my own lack of knowledge and step skipping.

Emmanuel helped me with a 9 month battle with google merchant center. The ban was deemed as misrepresentation from google and I received no explanation from google on how to fix this so I found Emmanuel and because of his assistance my account is restored. In August last year, my Google Merchant Centre account was suspended for misrepresentation shortly after the website started advertising via Google Ads. Many of the issues relating to my products which Google threw at me seemed irrelevant as I was getting conflicting feedback from Google which did not make sense depending on who had manually checked the product information. Suspension for misrepresentation is too vague as Google does not respond with specifics which is frustrating.
Eventually, I contacted Emmanuel asking him to review my website in the backend to identify possible issues. Emmanuel sent a comprehensive report with information I had not considered and it has helped me in my ecommerce journey. For those wanting sound advice from a Google expert, Emmanuel is your man as the report sent to me gave me the information which helped me resolve my issue and highlighted other fundamental problems relating to my website.

I wish I had used Emmanuel's service in the very beginning. I thought I could do it myself and I built my own site and GMC banned me and I had no idea why.
