Worst guy I ever worked with
Worst guy I ever worked with, he started a job and some days later he just refund and says my system does not work with his code. What is my system? Shopify? No explanations, he just leave everything messed up in my website after having access to all. NOT RECOMMENDED, there are guys much more professional than him. He will run away if he does not see an easy job, in fact I don't even know if it was a difficult job, only that he ran away withou explanations.

Hello, Asier. I understand your frustration and would like to clarify a few things. Your tracking setup was already broken when you reached out to me on the 8th of October, and you explained it was caused by an issue when you made changes, which is why I suggested to install my version of the conversion tracking code- to get it all to work again. As I did my best to assist, after attempting my code, I reverted everything back to your original settings and provided a full refund. Because there was something on your Shopify account that blocked pixels, and I have never found out what the reason is.
When I provided a refund, you did not ask for clarification, instead a 1 star review. I even tried to reach out to you again to explain everything in more detail, but unfortunately, there was no reply. I have done my best to help you, but regardless, your previous setup, and my new setup, both don't work. This should give you some clues as to the seriousness of your tracking issue.
I still believe that there is some kind of app or shopify setting that was changed, causing pixels not to work. Because nothing worked, not even a product view.
And as Shopify, does not provide assistance. I could not resolve your issue.
All I know is that my tracking works on a clean Shopify account.
Ultimately, I have refunded you, I have reverted everything back to your original setup, and I have provided more details.

Misrepresentation ban overturned
My two-month GMC misrepresentation ban was lifted after completing Emmanuel's recommendations. I think my website is better for the changes I made based on his advice. He replied within a day to questions and was always easy to deal with. Misrepresentation is so stressful, and so much more complicated than I'd ever imagined. Emmanuel gave me a clear path that worked on the first go.

Removed misrepresentation ban!
Emmanuel provided us the information and direction to remove our 6 month long Google misrepresentation ban! He removed it after another pricy company we hired failed to after several months of attempts.
