Wish I could leave zero

Wish I could leave zero. First delivery left outside front door in full view of the street. According to FedEx I had given permission for my parcel to be left in an unsafe place. I gave no such instructions so they dump your parcel and lie! Second part of the delivery has been stuck in the Crayford depot for 6 days and they ignore your emails despite issuing a reference number for your enquiry and saying you will receive a response within 4 hours. Absolutely appalling company and I’ll never knowingly buy from a company using them in future

Disappointing

Our item went "Out for delivery" but never arrived - tracking updated to "Delivery not attempted".

The following day they missed there estimated delivery slot by 4 hours. Luckily I spotted the driver from the window of our 4th floor flat as he was trying to deliver our package to the wrong block of apartments. We managed to get his attention and he made his way towards our block, and called the intercom. I buzzed him in the main entrance, but after that I'm not sure what happened. Our package must have been abandoned somewhere, but we couldn't find it - and there's no way of viewing a delivery photo for clues. Thankfully, around 3 hours later, the package found it's way into our apartment block - I can only assume a neighbour found it outside somewhere in the carpark.

Really disappointed with the service.

pretty useless

I had an important package scheduled very specifically to be delivered on an important date. After being transported across the globe, it was sat in a warehouse 20 minutes away from me waiting to be delivered for 4 days.

They still somehow managed to mess up the delivery date and it's not arrived. It was set at "before 10PM" the entire day, so I havent been able to go out or do anything the entire day while waiting to bring it inside, all for nothing. Useless.

A simple accurate tracking would save wasting a whole day and it could be anywhere ?

I was given a slot of 10-14.00 so as i needed the part and it had to be signed for i took the day off . the "Tracking" is a joke , there's no actual help line is just chat bots , after wasting an entire day the tracking still shows pre 6pm (which it said after the 2pm was missed) and after requesting email updates it now shows tomorrows date yet the website shows todays . even worse is there's no one to sign for it tomorrow so it will go back to god knows where , ive had better live tracking from a pizza delivery!

I will never order from a company who…

I will never order from a company who uses FedEx again.
Why do all my parcels sit for at least 2 days at your Feltham U.K. depot???
FedEx have terrible reviews because they don’t care, don’t listen.
Terrible customer services

Update on 17th. My parcel had cleared customs on 14th but sat in a FedEx depot for since. Say there is nothing they can do until 19th….. which means I won’t be home and no longer need the parcel.
Unfit to run any kind of business.

Even one star is generous

Even one star is generous. I can’t even count how many times I’ve been hung up on. I had to send my university course work to my school in instanbul but it got stuck in customs. I asked FedEx to return the parcel back to me and they made NO effort to help me. This is 3 years worth of work that they have just destroyed. I was constantly calling asking them if they can get this moving or talk to the people on my case and so many of them lied to me to tell me what I wanted to hear, or just hung up on me. It was the most ridiculous customer service ever. Fortunately for the FedEx team, I am choosing not to say the specific peoples names however you have lost me as a customer and anyone else around me choosing to ship with you. Awful awful service I’m truly shocked by the lack of professionalism.

I like clowns as much as anyone but our…

I like clowns as much as anyone but our FedEx driver is breaking new ground. Twice now he signed for our packages (something that is quite clearly against the law). The first time, he folded a piece of art purchased by my wife for money her dad gave her for her 50th birthday. I chased after him only to be told that 'it didn't fit' before he drove off. It was a signed-for package that he signed for on our behalf, not even bothering to ring the doorbell. Then, a few days later, he signed for another package that FedEx claimed was delivered but clearly never was. Trying to liaise with FedEx to find out what happened led nowhere. I asked repeatedly to see 'my' signature (as I clearly hadn't signed for it) only to be strung along for a while and then told that this document was no longer available. Christ, what a mess. We are now several hundred pounds out of pocket. Never ever again!!

Delivery due 09.40 to 13.40 at 16.49 told delivered not so proof gives wrong name at a reception desk in Glasgow
No address or other details. Phoned and told that's your proof so nothing can or will be done. Bye. Useless thieving company who just lie. It's block of floor flats single apartments how many of those have a reception desk. Just lying thieving bast**ds. Lost item and cannot get sender to replace plus as a replacement faulty item they want it returned or will charge me £95 for it.

Late delivery, poor reaponse

Delivery was due on Wednesday 10th June. One box arrived. Two boxes still haven’t arrived for a major presentation on Monday morning. Customer service is atrocious. Still have no delivery time. We were even lied to about the reason for the delay. They said it was late being released from customs but their own tracking said it was in their depot. Will insist suppliers never use FedEx again. We all know problems occur but their response was that they don’t care about resolving it.

I had a fantastic experience at the…

I had a fantastic experience at the FedEx store in Silver Spring today. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The store manager, Ryan, was absolutely awesome and went out of his way to help me towards the end. I also want to give a shoutout to the other gentleman assisting me—sorry, I forgot your name, but you were great too! This was the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend this location!

Given a 4 hour morning window… but

Given a 4 hour morning window. This was sent by notification and text to my phone and also by email. No attempts made. No attempts in afternoon either.
Eventually get hold of online chat support who initially says delivery may be soon as up to 1800. I ask again why earlier window to then be told actually sorry it’s not out for delivery but at depot. No explanation why. I had also signed their option to leave if not in and had confirmation this is what they would do. Anycase CCTV clearly shows no attempts either with me in or out.
Hopeless. No real idea when it will arrive and it’s high value.

Unreliable, unhelpful & extremely poor service

Extremely disappointing service from FedEx.

I paid for next-day delivery, with my parcel due to arrive on Wednesday. FedEx failed to deliver it on the promised date, then failed again the following day. By Friday, I was given no help and had to then collect the parcel himself!
The poor service from Fedex caused serious inconvenience, frustration, and disruption. What made the experience even worse was the way my complaint was handled. After contacting customer support and having a case opened, FedEx simply closed it once the parcel had been collected, without offering any explanation, apology, compensation, or meaningful resolution.
Receiving a parcel several days late does not excuse failing to provide the service that was paid for. Based on this experience, I would not trust FedEx with any delivery and hope an item I order is never handled by them again.

I paid for premium shipping

I paid for premium shipping, but they sent my package to the wrong address. When I messaged them to point this out, they apologised and promised it would be forwarded to the correct address. However, just one day later, they delivered the package back to me anyway. This company has to be a scam—I cannot believe how badly they handled this.

Employee threatened to bin parcel

My return to Apple was collected by a very friendly driver but that's where any concept of customer service ended. I don't have a printer so didn't have any paperwork but FedEx can print it according to their website. I got a call late afternoon from a woman in Paisley who abruptly said there was no paperwork and the parcel wasn't packaged correctly and so would be delivered back to me the next day. She wasn't remotely interested when I tried to explain. I eventually told her that as far as I was concerned Fedex collected the parcel and I wouldn't be accepting it back. She then told me she was putting the parcel in the bin 😂. I told her to go right ahead and hung up. Since the package is out for delivery today to Apple I can only imagine someone with some sense had a word in the lady's ear. An absolutely pointless and completely avoidable experience that has lost them another little bit of future business.

I've honestly never had a good…

I've honestly never had a good experience with FedEx.
First, their website wouldn't tell me where my parcel had gone, and there was no proof of delivery available. Then, when I tried to report it as missing, the system wouldn't let me because it claimed my shipping details were unrecognisable.
I called customer service and was repeatedly told to report it online—which I couldn't do. Eventually, I got through to someone who told me I needed to: 1) ask everyone on my street whether they had received the parcel, and 2) track down the person who had signed for it.
I actually did both. The person who signed for it doesn't live anywhere near me and had no idea what was going on. So I called FedEx back, gave another representative my reference number, and he told me that the parcel wasn't mine and that I'd been given someone else's details.
At that point, I was understandably very upset and asked how this had happened and, more importantly, where my parcel was. His response was essentially that it wasn't FedEx's problem anymore and that I needed to contact the seller.
Now it turns out it was a FedEx issue after all. I've also been told I can't make a claim because the parcel was signed for. As far as I can tell, that means the parcel could be with literally anyone, but because someone signed for it, the responsibility now falls on me to track it down.

JOKE OF A COMPANY. AVOID!!!!

Waited in all day waiting for a delivery only for me to get a message 3 hours after latest delivery slot saying the driver couldn’t deliver and it was my fault for nor being available. Supposedly left a card (he didn’t) supposedly took a photo of his delivery attempt (a black screen is what he shows) COMPANY IS A JOKE.
