In less than a year of use

In less than a year of use, function to change temperature in the wine fridge that I bought here broke. I contacted multiple times Customer Service via email, calls and WhatsApp and got no response, even though the fridge is still on warranty.

After a bit of a delivery issue the customer care I received was amazing Julian thank you so much for all your help and getting matters sorted . My items arrived and packaged very good . Thank you for your patience and for taking the time out on your weekend off to deal with my enquiries.

Revising my previous review because now I'm pretty delighted!

I had originally written a fairly disparaging review because I was frustrated with delays and less communication that I would have liked, however Feat Blueprint were quick to remedy the shortcomings in my experience and have been really helpful since. My cabinet arrived today and its beautiful and i cant wait to put it in to place.

Please find below some clarifications to some of the points you have been mentioning:

1) Most of our reviews below are independently marked by Trustpilot as “verified” . We do not have any influence over their process. Trustpilot marked reviews as “verified” to certify their genuineness.

2) If you have already sent an inquiry to us, please give at least 1-3 working days for our dedicated agent to reply (unfortunately, our customer service team rests over the week-end). Each customer or product has a unique case and sometimes some cases require more logistics.

3) Please understand that depending on your shipping address, we can use a 3rd party national carrier such as DHL or DP express.

4) If your item hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can cancel your order and will be entitled to a full refund that will be initiated on the same day. If your order has been dispatched, please wait for the item to arrive at your place and return to us before we can initiate the refund.

I had an email to say my item was out of stock but I was offered a refund or the option to wait , the refund was received immediately but it was disappointing the item was out of stock .

Really great customer service and fast…

Really great customer service and fast delivery. My item wasn’t in stock and they immediately contacted me and offered me similar alternatives, even some that were more expensive for the same price. It came in a couple of days and it’s great quality
