I sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding our processes for orders that are not received.
I see you reached out to our team regarding this mishap. We supplied you with our affidavit to fill out regarding the lost order, which must be filled out and returned to us so we can initiate our claim on the package. I do not see that you ever responded to our team with the filled-out form, and we are still awaiting the form to be able to initiate this process for you. At the moment, we can confirm that the Proof of Delivery photo supplied by UPS and OnTrac does match the Google Street View and former real estate listings for the shipping address that was supplied to us on the order.
I will be reaching out to you directly regarding this, so we can work on a resolution.

The items returned to us were returned as being new; however, after a quality check by our team, the items were covered in dirt, grease, and markings indicating an attempted/full install and/or uninstall. Two things that disappointed me. Promptly compensated !
Two things that disappointed me. 1st I paid for both items to be shipped to me by Friday instead of using the free shipping offer to arrive on Tuesday. Unfortunately it didn't make it to me until Monday, a $30 loss. 2nd I ordered a brake fluid bleeder which failed and ended spraying brake fluid all over the engine bay. I ended up having to scrap that bleeder and perform a Manuel brake bleed. The master cylinder I ordered is working normally, fortunately. It turned out to be a very frustrating experience !
After explaining my initial concern, I have been treated as a 1st class customer. FCP has compensated me for the defective Power brake bleeder. On top of that, paid for the shipping, of both bleeder and master cylinder, which was probably beyond their control. I am impressed with the prompt response and compensation. Thank you.

Top notch parts and service
I've been ordering from FCP for 7 years and this was the first time I had to contact customer support (drain plug was missing a washer). FCP responded in 24hours and sent a replacement straightaway. No runaround, no B/S, they just fixed it.
They've always been consistent and have a very user friendly site and great pricing. FCP is my first choice when I need parts for my VW and Porsche.
