Unprofessionally poor packaging

Unprofessionally poor packaging. The poster sent was simply wrapped in soft paper, and not in a cardboard roll. Hence it was damaged during the transport in multiple ways that cannot be repaired. The poster cannot be displayed in this way, and hence the effort was completely fruitless. I had to re-order the poster from the Louisiana museum shop, and can just hope that they use a more professional packing material than Faundit. Very bad customer experience.

Great service at the hotel

Great service at the hotel, in the mornings at the breakfast buffet I would ask to have my sausages and bacon to cooked a little more and it was never an issue for them. We stay for 2 nights as we went to see Manchester Utd play for my sons birthday day and he had a Man Utd teddy bear which he forgot at the hotel in our room. Spoke to Shannon who was amazing, helped find it and return it to our home address, thank you again Shannon you and the team demonstrate there are people who know what good customer service is and made my son very happy.

Really fast and friendly!

I forgot my leather trousers in my hotel room. It was very nice of the staff to notify me and send the trousers to my home address. I came home on Sunday and my trousers came on Tuesday. That was fast. I even got a handwritten note and chocolates. Thanks a lot! I am very glad.

Confusing emails

The packaging material was from DLS, but I received no less than 6 emails from UPS, some of which reported that the package was lost :( Finally, the package was not delivered to my door, although I was at home all day Monday, so I had to go pick it up Tuesday. Very bad service from the transport company !!!

We regret that you had to pick up the package yourself, allow me to explain our process better.

Both us and our delivery partner work hard to deliver items safely to you in person. If this is not possible, we try to reach out through email or phone, to arrange a different time or place for delivery.
In this case, UPS chose to deliver the item to an access point close to your address as the package could not be safely delivered and ups did not receive other instructions for delivery.

We hope to be able to deliver your lost items even easier next time!

It’s a simple and comfortable hotel in a good location. Staff is nice and helpful. We forgot some personal belongings in our room, the hotel sent it to us promptly and without problems.

Disgraceful Treatment of My Property

I left my winter coat in the hotel room I was in at the Clarion Hotel Amaranten in Stockholm, Sweden. They charged me $104 to have it shipped and they shoved it into a small box basically ruining the coat.

First of all, we regret what happened to your coat, we provide optional packaging materials to our partners to avoid these situations. We do everything we can to ensure your lost items items are returned safely back to you.
Unfortunately we don't handle the items ourselves, and therefore have no power in these cases.

We do offer insurance which help make sure delicate items like these are secured. Please reach out to us next time you forget something delicate, so we can make sure your special instructions are communicated.

Exceeded my expectation
Thanks for the very professional and fast handling. The collaboration with Scandic is impressive. We regularly stay in different hotels around the world and it has happened a few times that we forgot something in the hotel room. But it has always been us who have first called for what we have forgotten and then got the hotel to send the prile or the clothes. Now it was quite the opposite Scandic contacted us and took the initiative in sending the forgotten.

Good customer care

I forgot a white shirt at my stay in a hotel and was quickly contacted by Faundit with solutions to how to get the shirt back. I accepted delivery to my house, even though it took a few days longer than expected Faundit contacted me and the delivery agent (UPS), as UPS failed delivery a few times without proper communication. Faundit finds solutions and it was a pleasure being in contact with Faundit.
