What a joy to find fatface
What a joy to find fatface! Visited the shop in York and I was like a child in a sweet shop, the variety of styles , and fabrics. Loved the knitwear especially. Good quality garments at competitive prices. Bought some items in store and also online, which was straightforward and prompt delivery . Loved also the ambience of the shop. Great shame they no longer sell children's wear

Bought a men’s cap for my husband
Bought a men’s cap for my husband, have trawled many high street stores and designer brands but Fatface are the ONLY brand which fit his bald head! He love’s your caps and can be seen wearing one come rain or shine. Please don’t change the sizing!

Easy shopping experience
I ordered some trousers however they were much too wide in the leg so I took them back to a shop and it was very easy to return them and get a refund.

A convenient and friendly experience
I collected my order from Fat Face and the service was very quick and convenient. The girl on the desk very kindly took my items out of the packaging and offered to recycle it for me whilst I tried on the clothes to check they fitted. A friendly, helpful service that made my shopping experience quick and easy.
