Easy shopping experience
I ordered some trousers however they were much too wide in the leg so I took them back to a shop and it was very easy to return them and get a refund.

Beautiful top, super helpful staff
Had bought a top I loved the style & fit of so went into store to see if they had it in another colour. I was advised they had but it was now only available online in the sale.
A lovely assistant helped me find it on my phone (I'm partially sighted) we ordered & paid for it to be delivered in store within a few days....fabulous!

A convenient and friendly experience
I collected my order from Fat Face and the service was very quick and convenient. The girl on the desk very kindly took my items out of the packaging and offered to recycle it for me whilst I tried on the clothes to check they fitted. A friendly, helpful service that made my shopping experience quick and easy.

I ordered this dress in rust having bought the teal blue version last year. It’s flattering, very comfortable and easy to wear and can be dressed up or down, I love it as a wardrobe staple. It is half linen without the creases and it hangs well. Generous fit, I went down a size. The colour is more dusky pink than rust but still love it.

Well, it started off badly. I ordered the beautiful blue long sleeve, lightweight top for my daughter with a next day delivery. She admired mine and was going away. No fault of Fat Face but was delivered to the wrong address. I had a call the following day from my complaint and the following day received my order. A truly rapid response! Thank you. Would recommend. Beautiful quality and great service. Thank you.
