I recieved excellent in-store service at Fatface Taunton today. The friendly helpful sales person made me feel welcome and she ensured that my exchange and re-purchase was effortless. The sales person provided me with the customer support and help I needed to ensure that my disability needs were met. I really valued this helpful support. Thank You Fatface.

Really good fit gilet & well made. I find fatface products a tad small so I always size up & then fits perfectly. Shipping was really quick too.

The Taunton branch staff that served us we excellent. Very customer focused, professional and friendly and polite. Tansel was extremely helpful with her product knowledge and even upsold! Well done. I asked for certain items in my size and they had just arrived, so they were still in packing cases in the stock room, so the manager went to the stock room and unpacked all the boxes to get the items I required.
I am very happy with my purchases and impressed that she went the extra mile for me.

I visited the Taunton Store today and was served by Fiona. She and her colleague were very welcoming and Fiona helped me with choosing and purchasing my items. I have a hidden disability and they were very understanding and gave me time to adjust to my suroundings and to make my choices. I receive emails regularly from FatFace with relevant offers. One tempted me into my local shop in Taunton to buy a new winter coat. The staff were friendly and not over attentive as they can be in some shops. There was a good range of styles and sizes. I like that the fitting rooms are spacious. When paying staff asked if I was eligible for a discount, explained those they accepted and were happy to wait while I signed up to enable to to claim 20% off. A really excellent service which encourages me to return!

It was just lovely to walk into the shop at Taunton and be met with 2 members of your staff who were amazing. Fiona E was helpful and assisted us in making choices.

I visited the Taunton FatFace today and found the ladies very helpful in helping me to exchange a recent, faulty purchase from another branch. The ladies were Fiona and Suzi and they were very friendly and gave honest opinions on the items I considered as an exchange for the faulty item. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, lovely clothes, thank you Fiona & Suzi for your help and guidance!

Fiona and Lilly served me in store and were incredibly helpful and lovely to talk to. They offered advice and guidance about clothes and how they looked on me. I would definitely shop here again and hoped to be served by these lovely ladies.

Fabulous service as always in the Taunton store ! Fiona even modelled a cardigan for us to check the fit as a present . The staff are always friendly and helpful we regularly visit with are doggie and treats are always on offer for him too !! Great job guys

I just love fatface clothing, I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. Love the vibe of the Taunton store, great customer service. Shame that the online department can’t seem to get my returns right. I always have to make contact as some items are refunded but not others despite being in the same package and from the same order! Please sort this out as it’s really frustrating and if I wasn’t so hot to check my refund status it could easily get missed and I’d be out of pocket.

I just have to give a 'shout out' to the ladies at FATFACE TAUNTON -. They encouraged me to try a style of top I am not used to wearing and to try colours which put me outside my comfort zone. I tend to stick with a few tried and tested colours and styles, like we all do.. :-) I am so pleased that I tried something different, which I bought, horizontally striped buttonless cardigan. They were not 'selling' me anything, just encouraging me to try something different. The ladies in the shop in Taunton are friendly and encouraging. I thoroughly recommend shopping in FATFACE TAUNTON. If you want kind honest opinions and a friendly, relaxed, attentive, encouraging service, with a few laughs, then shop at the Taunton branch of FATFACE! I was served by Suzi! wonderful lady!

Went to shop in the Taunton store. Lovely friendly staff. Flip flops even managed an air in the warmer weather! Just wish the store was bigger for more browsing and buying!
