Fab staff and fab clothing
I've never shopped at Fatface before, just when I thought it was all over shopping for clothes and finding nothing I went into Fatface. All those lovely clothes! The lady who was serving me was brilliant, finding the next size down for me then trying to locate online when none available. Brilliant service . Left with a smile on my face and a customer for life. Thank you Touchwood, Solihull.

Love this store visit regularly, on a recent visit the Assistant with the pink and blue hair helped me in store with sizes and my purchase, she was very polite and helpful.

Lovely clothes
I recently purchased a top for myself and a shirt for my husband, the quality of them is lovely
I’ve had lots of comments about the top .
The clothes from fat face are quality, well done.

I had to exchange an item in Solihull branch, item was not on the shop floor, sales assistant checked the stock room and had exactly what I wanted. Excellent customer service from a friendly and polite sales assistant.
