There was a lovely top in store but didn’t have my size, the lady suggested I order online & it would be delivered free to store. Excellent service & speed of delivery, gorgeous top, great style, fit & value for money. Would definitely recommend!!!

Easy ordering on the website
Easy ordering on the website, quick delivery to home address and easy returns to store. Shirts were a good price in the sale. Staff in the store at Morpeth were very friendly, but unfortunately the shirts were too small for my husband. Fat Face are usually good fitting and on the large side but not in this case. Need XL for my husband which they didn't have in store so will have to keep an eye online for returns.

Great customer service
Purchased 2 items online size L but felt tight. Returned them to my local store in Morpeth. One item straight exchanged for XL, fitted perfectly. I rec'd a refund and the store ordered me a replacement in the larger size. Delivered within 3 working days to my home. Excellent.
