Poor Communication
I received notice of an order delay and a text confirmation of this. Then an Email confirmation that order was available for collection. Then another text stating order was delayed. Then I am asked to do a review and I have not even received the ordered items yet.!!!. Welcome to the world of computers.

Fatface is my absolute number one go to for threads, every time! Their service was phenomenal, he told me how ethically sourced and sustainably made the products are and about their charity when I asked.
I love this place and would literally buy the entire store if I could. The prices are also fantastic and extremely reasonable given the phenomenal quality and longevity of their products!

Lovely clothes and great selection of new season wear.
I found staff a little disappointing - busy I think unpacking and service was rushed. My new items were bundled, as opposed to nicely folded, into a bag and I was given an unconvincing have a nice day. Furthermore assistant was wearing a monogrammed Jack Wolfskin top which is not a good advert when you work in fat face. From my many years in retail I think this was a poor effort. Glad this is not my local store.

I ordered a cardigan online to be delivered to store. It arrived very quickly. When I went to collect it they had a choice of sizes, so I tried a couple on and decided that I needed the bigger size. The staff in store were very helpful, refunding on the online order to enable me to buy the larger one. I ordered the smaller size as I already have two “rose” cardigans in a 12, this new design seems to come up smaller

I love my Fatface shirred midi dress
I love my Fatface shirred midi dress. I am quite pear shaped so always order clothes in 2 sizes online and never have a problem returning items and receiving a prompt refund.
The clothes themselves are well made, wash well and last for years. They also cater to various age groups. Highly recommend them.
