The staff in the shop (Cheltenham) were lovely. The clothes I tried on were great and good quality and finish
I also bought another pair of the jeans online, altogether a good experience

Bought the green broderie anglaise…
Bought the green broderie anglaise blouse in a size 10. Fits well and enough coverage of the bottom over jeans 😀. A generous fit, which I prefer. The colour and puffed sleeves don’t always work for me, but really love it. Can wear with a tank top or as is. Looking forward to the warmer weather to wear it.

Popped into local Cheltenham branch to collect an online order and purchase a few Christmas Presents. Was served by a Gent called Nathan who was fantastic and tried on a few jumpers for me so I could decide which to buy. Great service thank you and have a great Christmas

Just picked up an online order from the Cheltenham store, rude and very patronising service from a male member of staff. Will never shop there again.

Tried to use a gift card in Cheltenham
Tried to use a gift card in Cheltenham, voucher was for £40 but in-store till would only allow £33.64 to be used. Very disappointed as online I can use the full £40 BUT I have to spend £70 to get delivery. Not impressed by staff attitude either, Fatface used to be great with great customer service and great staff but sadly this has dwindled and is now seen at a number of stores.

Have purchased clothes for my family…
Have purchased clothes for my family from Fat Face for years and called in to the Cheltenham store yesterday to collect an order but was surprised and very sad to see that it looked like the shop is closing down! Fixtures and fittings removed off walls etc. Is this yet another shop leaving Cheltenham, I really hope not.
