Popped into fatface Cheltenham this afternoon to look for a couple of last minute holiday bits and the Manager Nathan and his colleague Jasmine were more than happy to help. The Manager was in the middle of moving stock around but was happy to chat and reach for some products that I wanted to look at within the Men's section and Jasmine was smiley and helpful at the till point

Poor attitude - Cheltenham
Staff in the Cheltenham store have always had a very poor attitude. Totally self-absorbed and oblivious to customers' needs. Today I was the only customer in the shop and the male staff member felt compelled to barge straight through between me and the merchandise I was looking at. So glad that M&S are now stocking Fatface and I can avoid the Cheltenham store

Clearly the store in Cheltenham is on it's way out. Very poor men's selection..already moved downstairs. Disappointing and depressing.
I should add this is no reflection on the staff who are professional and perfectly pleasant to deal with. This isca FatFace company issue.

Bought a pair of jeans
Bought a pair of jeans, in fact, two pairs. Quality excellent as usual and a fair price to be honest.
Purchased from my local Cheltenham store as always. The staff are great and very helpful.
There is a but…. The men’s department has been relocated downstairs at the back and is tiny now. There were no jeans on display to look at as there was not enough room because of the sale. I ended up taking a punt on the colour/shade just by online photos which isn’t ideal. As it was I got lucky.
I don’t know if this will put people off visiting your store because if like me you want see the physical item. There again, I guess this is a sign of the times which is a shame.
I fairness to your staff, they did get jeans down from the stockroom to have a look at. As always, very helpful.

There was lots of choice but I also found the item I wanted in my size on-line. I picked up from shop, which worked well. It was delivered to promised timescale. Love the suede jacket. It is good quality and fits well and looks good.

Wish your collection service was quicker!
I had to wait nearly 3 days until my order was ready for collection. That would have been the same time had I had it posted to my house (albeit I would’ve had to pay postage).
Pretty much every retailer does next day pick up, why don’t Fat Face?
