Quick delivery. Only try to stay open for communicatie. And make sure u can deliver the accessoires that are orderd.

Delivery was fast and the instructions simple, I drove the same day, I’m very happy!

I ordered an ENGWE L20 from Fatbikeskopen.nl together with several paid accessories: a pump, a maintenance kit, and the Loqater activation materials. None of these items were included in the shipment.

I contacted support immediately. Over multiple days I received several different replies, but no concrete timeline for sending the missing items. The only clear confirmation was that the Loqater GPS unit was “installed,” but without the activation QR code or link I cannot verify or activate it.

I have been patient, but the process has been slow and unclear, and the service portal they directed me to did not function properly. I am still waiting for the missing items to be shipped and for proper confirmation regarding the tracker.

The bike itself seems fine, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend relying on this shop for accessories, communication, or after-sales support.

The say on their site, Order before 23:00 next day delivery. I ordered on Monday before 23:00 and its now Wednesday and got a message my order was send to DHL. So will only get here maybe Friday or Thursday if Im lucky. Then they also charge €16.00 for delivery, this is daylight robbery :(

They deliver wrong Color without box wrong charger and no srews
Until now they didn’t do anything despite the wrong Color i decide to keep the bike as long as they deliver the correct charger but till now no action

Thet sent the wrong product. Difficult process to return and havent heard back at all on my refund although more tha 10 days have passed since they received the product back. Giving two stars just because was initially delivered very fast.

So, i bought a brand new E26 fat bike from ENGWE in this website for €1.600, the bike was delivered assembled and in my first ride i noticed the front tires brake disc was doing a terrible scratch noise, when i stopped to check, i clearly saw it was bented, most likely it was damaged during the delivery from this company, i opened a warranty case on their website and after 10 full days of not getting any answer from this guys, i got a message saying that my case was reject (read below), how can it be rejected since the bike was brand new? NONE OF THE REASONS listed from them make any sense since it clearly did not happen in my case.
this website has the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my 38 years, also only after 1 week of usage the pedal assist stopped working at all, and the bike became a mechanical nightmare to use it, im still waiting the absurd time frame of 5 business days they say they need to answers your questions about the bike, 5 business days !!! thats crazy af, terrible experience, do not recommend to anyone. dont buy from this guys, if you need assistance they will make your life miserable.

- Bicycles equipped with throttles that provide assistance above 6 kilometers per hour. Your claim falls under these stated points and is therefore excluded from the warranty.

I ordered a bicycle from them. I paid 1/3 of the amount. They promised to deliver the bike within 2-5 days.
Five days later, I contacted them and it turned out they didn't have the model I paid for. I ended up asking for a refund, but over the course of three months, I spoke with five of their colleagues, and they all just made empty promises.
And then I received another letter two months later.
I'm supposed to pay the remaining money for the goods I didn't receive.
The staff is unscrupulous and incompetent.
I regret dealing with them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

Advice for customers: DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS „SHOP” OR IF YOU REALLY NEED TO, ALWAYS USE KLARNA! Otherwise you’ll probably lost your money, with Klarna you always have customer protection and support, after 3 months my order is finally cancelled only because Klarna helped a lot when I showed them all evidences including all the screenshots of my conversation with the seller.
Glad it’s finally over with this bullshit and I don’t have to pay 1100€ for NOTHING.

1.Very bad customer service, in the beginning they delivered my bike a week later than the promised date.
2. The quality of the bike is very questinable as the control buttons stopped working properly after 2 weeks, as many times the bike wouldnt even turn on or go into pedestrian mode by itself and crashing into the wall wich is not safe.
3. They lie about the battery life , one battery should last atleast 60km but i only got 25-30 km
Overall very dissapointed with everything, i didnt expect this from an 1400 euro bike.
The model that i bought was an Ouxi C80 MAX dubbel battery
