I placed my order on 26 June and already paid in full. Now it has been three months, and I have not received my order. When I try to call, the phone rings twice and the call is disconnected. When I send an email, I only receive an automatic reply that they do not provide support via email. They never answer personally.
It is almost impossible to get in touch with this company. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable.

On July 4th I ordered a fat bike via iDEAL in 3 installments. I paid a total of €700. As of September 18th I have not received the product or any news from the company. They do not answer emails, phone calls are simply dropped. As a result I am left without a bike and without money.

I started off by buying metal motor gears for my fatbike. I waited around a week or 2 for my order when I open the package to find plastic (nylon) motor gears. Infuriated I call customer service which declined my call the first 2 times. The third time, they answer and I give them my order number #20407. They reassure me that they will send me a return form and send me my new metal gears. Over the next few days I give them a couple more calls as my email is stagnant. In the call, they told me to send pictures of the product and the package in total. “We will reply within a day” they said. It’s been 4 days and I’m gonna resort to getting my money back by giving them another call which they will completely ignore. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!

I wait 5 weeks and no hope to reach customer service on the phone, then I write a negative review yesterday, then they send me a generic email telling me there's a delay (after 5 weeks of waiting) from the factory and they don't know when they can deliver my bike, they will let me know as soon as they figure it out.to compensate me they offer me a discount voucher for 30% off on bike lock!!!!!
I reply to the email asking them to cancel my order, I get an automatic reply saying this email address is not dedicated to customer service, and that I have to call them, but THEY NEVER PICK UP... EVER

Paid for the first installment on the 9th of June with order number 18857 and invoice number 2025202518857. The delivery timeline was scheduled for 2 - 4 weeks and we enter the 4th week with no information at all on what date this would be delivered.
I sent mails asking for at least some information and i got the response that they were still within their stated time for delivery.
The lack of consistent and reliable feedback is the problem with dealing with the company and i must say i am really disappointed so far. Truly shabby in the way orders are handled.
My appeal is that i take delivery of this bike this week being the 4th week as the reviews i see of delays even after the 4th week is scary.
