Returning equipment back
I have had some problems to return my Fastspeed internet box but Laura (by email) and Jonas (by call) from the kunderservice gave me good support and guidance. In addition, they helped me in English as I am not speaking Danish, I really appreciated. Thanks to them I will avoid to pay an extra bill. Now I am considering to come back to Fast speed as a consumer.
