This company should be called FastestFilings, if you need something filed ASAP, this is the place to do it. I was very satisfied with my experience with them.

I have not received my license. They quoted $70. but deducted $213.95 from my bank account and i haven't heard anything, from them besides I don't have an LLC and need to get one.

I got my certificate number in less than 24 hours!
I am new to Texas and was unsure which form to fill out for my tax resale certificate.
