Their entire returns policy is made up - and does not align with distance selling regs. No issues with ordering from them but they need to amend their website to reflect actual UK law. For anyone confused by this, you have 14 days to notify the seller (Fashion wallpaper) of a return (cancellation) of all or PART of an order, and a further 14 days to dispatch the return. That's dispatch, not them being in receipt of the order. In total that's 28 days from RECEIPT of your order. Do not accept any restocking fees within this period ; that's against the law. Do not accept anything other than the law. If they argue, chargeback through your bank and report to trading standards.

Thank you for your review. I can't seem to find any order relating to your complaint, but you are correct. You have 14 days to begin the returns process. If the returns process isn't initiated within 14 days, then we still allow returns up to 30 days after receipt; but this will incur a fee. Despite honouring it, we don't mention the 14 day grace period for transit because (as demonstrated) in the past it confused customers; as they assumed to have the full 28 days to begin the returns process for a full refund, not the 14 days. We work from emails and the dispatch date on the label, which is why we recommend dated labels or trackable couriers.

They were selling the wallpaper I wanted at nearly £30 cheaper than other sites for two rolls and arrived within two days! Can’t ask for better than that.

Good value but watch the returns
The wallpaper was good value, but watch out for their returns. I’m retuning wallpaper a few hours past the 14 day window, but before their 15th day of business. And I’m being charged a 25% restocking fee and I cover the returns fee. No grace, just a simple cut off. Brutal, and won’t buy from there again.

I had been looking at this wallpaper for a while. Sadly bought when you put the price up which is a shame

Unhelpful Customer Service
Be very careful when ordering from here. Whilst the returns policy clearly states made to order wallpapers are non-refundable, the website doesn’t tell you what products are made to order and which aren’t. I emailed them to find out, having seen reviews indicating this, and customer service was appalling/very unhelpful. After that I had no intention of ordering from them and actually found the wallpaper I liked cheaper elsewhere.

used same wallpaper from here nine years ago so glad you still stock it.it may be a bit pricey but it hangs perfectly and matches up very well. would use this site again when looking for not your run of the mill paper because of choice, quality and price.
