This company is a scam
I feel completely scammed by this company. I ordered two pairs of sunglasses that never arrived. After weeks of chasing them and getting nothing but excuses and delays, they refused to take any responsibility. I paid for products I never received and ended up with neither my sunglasses nor my money. Terrible customer service and a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying from this store.

I had my glasses break after 10 months and they facilitated the warranty replacement with the manufacturer. They were very responsive and helpful through the process.

Never again
Order and delivery was ok, but I didn't like the glasses on my face, so I returned them. This meant 30 (THIRTY!!!) EUR spent on delivery expenses as they do neither reimburse sending nor return fees for customers outside UK. So better read their policies..for me it was a "never again" experience.

You should incorporate local tax or duties into the final pricing. I’ve received everything, it’s in order.
But had an email from FedEx personnel to declare the items that I purchase, so that they could process it via customs.
Hopefully this sort of stuff could be improve similar like Amazon, Zalora etc.
As it was not something that I would like to go through and experience in the future.
