AVOID!
Purchased and paid for a Stihl Hedgecutter after a few days I still had not heard anything about about delivery, rang to chase, to be told the item was OUT OF STOCK!
It might not have been so bad if they had let me know the following day, but I was told they only do a stock check once a week!
They told me it 'might' be delivered in a month or so!
I did suggest perhaps they ought not to display items and take money for items if they are not in stock!
Still waiting for the refund to applied!
AVOID IF UNLESS YOU WANT TO TAKE A GAMBLE ON HAVING YOUR ORDER FULFILLED!

I am very sorry for the bad experience you have had with ourselves, this is below our usual high standards of customer service.
I have checked and can see the order was placed on Wednesday evening, and we did not advise on Thursday that this was out of stock. I can only apologise for this and advise that we are changing the way we update customers on stock issues in light of this.
The refund was issued on Friday shortly after your phone call with a member of our team. This can take a few days to show on your statement, as it is down to the card issuer once we press the refund button our end.

This is the very first time and definitely not the last...simply brilliant service!
This is the very first time I've used Farmer's Equipment and I can truly say that the service I received was faultless. Initially I chose them because they were the cheapest by far. When I rang to confirm the Stihl strimmer was in stock the lady I spoke to was super-friendly and helpful. I ordered the machine at 10am that day and it was delivered to me in Plymouth just 26 hours later which was simply brilliant. What a great find, thank you so much!

ordered the Stihl - HSA 56 on the Wednesday before the Jubilee weekend its said monday for delivery. I was so pleased it arrived on saturday. Got straight to charge and within half an hour cutting the hedges and wow so fast compared to the corded old cutter, wish I bought this years ago. thanks guys!!
