Ordered a Stihl GTA 26 Pruner Kit. It was sent with the shipping label just stuck to the box. Absolutely no packaging. I only see this being acceptable when the product box is very large eg a lawn mower.

The product box was not sealed as it only has a tuck flap. Box was in pretty poor condition. Wasn't too happy as I bought it for a present for someone.

Purchased Stihl GTA 26 Pruner. Arrived well packaged and exactly as described. Very pleased with purchase. Tool works exactly as I hoped. Very happy with the service received from Farmers Equipment.

Ordered a Belle Wacker plate 230pm and it appeared at my house the very next morning. Great service, super fast delivery. Best price around as well. Although I placed the order online via the website I spoke to the shop who were very helpful which gave me faith that I could call them again with any issues. I will certainly aim to buy any equipment I need from them in future.

Ordered the product online, website quoted 3 to 5 days.
Didn't hear anything, contacted them after 5 days was told that the order had been placed with their supplier and they expected delivery which would then be sent from them to me.
Contacted them on day 8 after the order to be told there was some mistake and that the order had not been placed with the supplier.
I asked them to cancel the order.

The net result for me is that it has delayed my job by over a week. By todays standards where you can get next day delivery this seemed really poor.

Too harsh giving Farming Equipment only 1 star.
Changed it to 4 star as the logistics problem that occurred was not their fault.

Absolutely brill so quick that I wasn’t notified and ended up missing the delivery, but was sorted within 2 days very very pleased with my belle whacker plate started first time !! Will use you guys again thank you so much 10 stars 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Hello, when I ordered the the item in question i was told that it was in stock at the factory, I now find out that it is not and it will be delayed until the beginning of May.

Item had not arrived even after 7 working days. Rang to get an update only to be told that the 3rd party supplier had not got the order. Disappointing when paying £6.25 for a small item.

I am very pleased with the service from Farmers Equipment, they offered the most competitively priced Easy screed online and delivered it within 3 days as promised.

Excellent service from this company. I placed an order and I received the item less than twenty four hours later. So efficient and I am extremely happy with my purchase.
