Cat food order problem
I ordered cat food. I was getting concerned and then saw an email that it would take longer than expected. Looking closer at the email it is regarding a product that I did not order. I am still waiting for my cat food. I don't usually have big problems with farmaciasdirect.
Edit: i honestly feel like they still don't understand the problem. The order is taking too long! I placed it on 2 Oct and it is now 14 Oct. PLUS, the person who responded to my query was talking about skin cream when I ordered CAT FOOD! The response was not helpful at all. I have spent hundreds of € with this company and should be able to get a straight answer.

They sent a damaged package so in…
They sent a damaged package so in result the milk cans are damaged open lids and they are asking for the return instead of having sa resolution since it is not my fault. Its their carrier’s fault, so why would a customer that pays would suffer for this. Instead of offering a resolution before the pickup since i will be returning this of course I couldnt give this to my child (Opened can of milk) who knows if thi is already contaminated on the dirty warehouse and transport.
