Lovely comfortable riser recliner. Very pleased with the material & shade. Good communication. I had a home visit and was able to try a chair, everything was explained to me and my size and hight was measured.
When the chair was delivered it arrived at 8.30am was taken in to my lounge and put together and I was able to try it out in front of the fitter who was very helpful. I am delighted with my purchase,
We have had this Farborg chair for a few months now and it has proved very comfortable and reliable. The staff were knowledgable, friendly and easy to deal with making the whole experince efficient and pleasent. I would thoroughly recommend this company and product.

Excellent customer service. A delivery date and time was arranged quickly, and the delivery was made within the time with efficient and friendly delivery staff. About an hour after the delivery I received a call from Farborg to confirm that everything was all right. Impeccable customer service! The chair is well made and the material I chose was very soft. Unfortunately, the tilt in space mechanics made it difficult for me to get comfortable as the whole chair moves when adjusting the back and I need the back to be completely independent to the movement of the seat. But I would absolutely recommend.

From the first moment I made contact with Farborg, my journey was effortless and excuse the pun, but very comfortable. I was visited at home where i was given an opportunity to try out a chair, it felt like the chair was made for me. Scott told me about the company and its values and I was impressed, he spoke with passion and explained in detail about after care for the customer. Based on my experience with Farborg I would highly recommend them .
