I used to be an avid runner
I used to be an avid runner, covering at least 25k three times a week and competing in half marathons. Then I developed what I initially thought was runner's knee, but it turned out to be early-onset osteoarthritis, which likely progressed to arthritis—a condition that runs in my family.
Over the years, my symptoms worsened significantly. Swelling developed around my knee, and the pain began radiating up my leg. Eventually, I found myself walking with a noticeable limp.
My doctor suggested knee replacement surgery, but I wasn't ready for such a drastic measure. Long-term use of Naproxen wasn't viable either, given its serious side effects.
When I mentioned my symptoms to a pharmacist named Tahir Amin, he was incredibly helpful—truly a blessing. He suggested I try LDN. At that point, I was willing to try anything that didn't carry major side effects.
After just one week of taking LDN, I couldn't believe the difference—I slept through the entire night without pain for the first time in ages. I now take it daily, and while I do need to keep my exercise at a moderate pace, I'm so grateful to have found relief.
