I bought a kit from Fansells and it didn't have enough diamonds. I contacted them but they seem to be unable to provide me with these diamonds. They will probably ask me to contact them again following this review but I have sent eight emails so far and they haven't sent a replacement. I cannot source local diamonds for this as these are special shaped. I have already wasted a lot of money and time. I just want the product I paid for.

-- I am now updating my review to three stars. After a couple of months they sent me a different kit and I managed to replace some of the diamonds, but they were of a different colour.

These coasters are amazing! I have done a few diamond dots projects but this so far has been my favorite to do. When I peeled off the protective cover on one of the coasters, some of the sticky binding came off. The dots would not adhere to the coaster. I contacted Fansells and they are shipping a replacement. Excellent customer service! I can't wait to find another project from Fansells to do. Thank you for your excellent service!

Fansells is a fantastic diamond painting company. Their canvases are so great to work on. There is alot of different painting you can choose from. The prices on the canvases are very affordable!

This was my second time ordering from the site. Ordering my custom printed cross stitch was easy. The printing on the canvas is very crisp and easy to see. Shipping was fast.
