I don't write many reviews but i do believe this must be said. I have ordered from fansells few times by now and i always had an amazing experience. Their diamond paintings are very good quality, they are cheaper than anywhere online or in local shops and the customer service is spot on. I had a custom made diamond painting too and it turned out exactly like the picture and also the exact colors. Only once i ordered and sadly they didn't have 3 diamond paintings i picked but as soon as they found out, they contacted me via email and gave me a choice of either I choose the replacement diamond paintings in the price range or they will surprise me with their own picks. I chose them myself. Delivery takes a bit longer but that's never way too long especially given the fact it comes from china. If you're looking for the cheap but great, fansells is definitely your best pick ❤️

I always use fansells as the items are good quality, good choice, and would definitely recommend them. I did have an item arrive damaged but a refund was sent straight away with no qualms and the service was excellent. I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Overall, a great experience. Prices are incredible. Shipping is reasonably fast for the current state of shipping. So much to choose from too. Nice quality kits.

Shipping was quick, considering it was coming from China. It was well packaged and delivered in good condition. Great budget-friendly source for diamond paintings and accessory tools. Very happy with my purchase. They also have cross stitch projects that I hope to order in the future.

Great customer service. When a couple of my items were out of stock for 2 weeks they emailed me right away. Then they offered me a couple options. Love getting a free gift too!

I have been ordering off of Fansells for a few years both cross stitch and diamond paintings and I have been satisfied with their products. I have never ran out of diamonds with the diamond paintings nor floss with the cross stitch. The print has been very good on both products, clear and easy to see. Thank you so much!

I have recently discovered fansells and so far have had a great experience. They have a large selection of diamond paintings and supplies at budget friendly prices. Super customer service. Fast and friendly. (One painting I had ordered was out of stock and they contacted me to choose a replacement.)

Fansells has been such a great site for me to purchase my diamond paintings. They have all been great quality and I enjoyed all my purchased so far! I will continue to order from them. The only small complaint I have is shipping does take forever! But it doesnt take away from their 5 star rating from me.

I cannot praise this company enough. I only discovered them a few months ago and am waiting for my 4th order to arrive. All the canvases I’ve received so far have taken my breath away they are so beautiful. I am in the U.K. and received them in about 2 weeks - tracking was up to date from start to finish. They are also very affordable. Customer service is second to none. Every company needs an Amy!

I had almost finished a large diamond art picture. I have run out of gems but Fansells acknowledged my e-mail straight away and the gems are on the way.

At first I was not willing to give a 5 star review because in the last 2 orders within 2 months, I have had to re-order several DP's because they were out of stock. I complained to customer service (Amy) because on the website out of stock was often not indicated. The back and forth of re-ordering was annoying and time consuming.(The reason for 4 stars)But in the end, Amy was an excellent and honest communicator in explaining in great detail that they are in the process of fixing this known problem. I will demonstrate patience because I have been a long-time customer that has been quite happy with Fansells. A big thanks to Amy!
