Reluctantly Delighted
Whilst I still object to secondary market tickets and the huge mark-ups involved (and look forward to the time they are banned), nevertheless it remains a last resort for many sports and music fans.
I also have an inherent nervousness of this type of purchase.
On this basis, my experience of this transaction was very positive.
Easy online purchase followed by clear and friendly communication and efficient and timely delivery of my e-tickets.
Really nothing to fault at all - apart from the cost 😕

Poor service Fulham v Westham
I wasn't contacted until the afternoon of the day of the game. I received a Whatsapp saying there had been a problem & the 2 away end tickets i'd paid over £400 for weren't available. I was offered tickets in the home end which were probably worth about 60% which I took
I can send you these messages if you want
I wouldn't use you again unless I am reimbursed the difference

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I orrdered 4 tickets for a rugby game in February and received only 3. I pointed this out to customer service and never received any help or feedback on this. The day of the game, my father was left stranded in front of the stadium as he chose to sacrifice his seat to me and my kids. No news from fanpass eversince despite 15+ messages of complaint. NEVER TRUST FANPASS

Very good for a first time
I’m always sceptical about using a website I’ve never used before and certainly for tickets but it went really smoothly. It took a few hours for the tickets to arrive via email but they were very good seats.

Was going to London for the weekend.
Was going to London. In a few days. So wanted to see a football match. So bought a ticket on the Thursday. Like the website said. You will get sent the ticket via Whatsapp. The evening before the game. Which I did. Downloaded to my Google wallet. And went to game totenham v N Forrest. Brilliant, I will be using Fan pass in the future. So easy to book and use. Definitely recommend Fanpass for football tickets. 😊

Poor service.
The icon that shows the ticket is for kids is hidden. I purchase a kids ticket by mistake and although I know it was very easy for fan pass to fix it for me and help me replace the tickets with adult ones, they were of no help and I needed to sell the tickets half price then purchase the adult tickets again and the would take handling fees twice from me (a sum of around 200£ loss on me). They made use of the situation to maximise their interest.

I'm from Portugal and I had a dream of going to see a Liverpool game at Anfield, and that day finally came when it was against Tottenham. I got goosebumps when we sang the anthem at Anfield, "You'll Never Walk Alone." It was a shame the result ended in a draw.
I also want to thank the seller from whom I bought the ticket and their professionalism; three people contacted me via WhatsApp to reassure me that the tickets would arrive, and they did arrive on the day of the game.
When I want to see a game of a big club again, I'll come back here to FanPass to buy tickets again 🙏
