not trustable and fraud

not trustable. no response. no return or refund.
item ordered. cost me approx £40 including insurance.
sent me wrong item a very small tiny 8x8 inches bag, sent many emails but not responding.
Never ever order from this provider. they are fraud.

This company is a scam. Stay far away.

They left me hanging for a month, took $200 dollars from me and delivered items that were nothing like on the website (significantly smaller than size chart), and then demanded I pay for return shipping when they're the ones who messed up. Are you kidding me? I have to pay to return faulty merchandise? I'm pretty sure contacting my credit card is going to be more fruitful for dealing with the faulty merchandise than talking to customer service. Stay far away from any merch store using FanJoy, they're scam artists. If you fell for any of their promises, work it out with your credit card and don't bother with customer service.

If only this could be zero stars…

If only this could be zero stars…

They will reply fast at first but when you come to them with an issue with their service, they’ll start to ignore you.

It took 13 days for them to ship the wrong sized. I ordered medium and got an XL. They haven’t been replying and I’m about to go back to the Philippines and still haven’t heard from them. It’s really disappointing. Imagine having to wait that long for the wrong item and then possibly going back home with that stupid shirt that won’t even fit me.

I’ve already sent a bunch of emails but still nothing. They just want to take your money.

I am extremely satisfied with my order…

I am extremely satisfied with my order and will definitely buy from them again. I ordered a limited edition XL XPLR Black Letterman Jacket from their 25x25 line. It didn’t seem to be moving but once they had sent me the tracking information they were constantly sending me updates Regards the location of my order. They were very professional and I am super happy with the service that they provided. I did have to ask quite a few questions regarding my order but everything was explained in thorough detail and I can say that I am happy with Fanjoy.

ordered a shirt that they are still…

ordered a shirt that they are still advertising on November 12th and still have not received it for a xmas present. Am going south for the winter and can't get answers about a delivery date on December 15th it says being processed and has said that for weeks.

duplicate design and color.

I ordered 4 mystery joggers, I understand on their website that it says duplicates possible, but seriously 3 of the same exact design, AND SAME COLOR, I did not spend money just to receive multiple duplicates of the same exact item. also they are no where near true to size, they run veryyyy small in my experience. I was beyond excited for these products, huge disappointment.they also seem to only show 4 and 5 star reviews on their website, what a scam.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, I messaged asking if there was a size guide as I couldn't find it and they advised me they would be happy to help and I could find the size guide on the website. I replied to ask where on the website and they sent me the link for the main page. Think they are having my life 😄

I bought the 2021 Nightwalker Classic Sneakers. They did not fit true to size and the construction was subpar. You have to pay for return shipping (which is fine) but the process was very difficult to navigate. Zero stars

Zero stars, really. Conflicting information on their website about shipping - on the checkout page it says you pay for shipping and it’s 4-7 days, then on the item page it says items ship in 10-15 business days. I’ve never seen this before on ANY retailer. I was confused about where my order was because I paid $9 for shipping so I reach out to customer service and they say it takes 10-15 business days to ship and then it takes 4-7 business days to actually get to you so it could take literally 22 business days to arrive to your door. Why not just say that on the website? Oh right because no one would purchase an item and pay $9 for shipping if it would take a month+ to get to them. Feels scammy to have conflicting information about shipping on a website especially when you pay for shipping on top of paying for the item. Will not be purchasing from this company again and I encourage others to stay clear as well. Hopefully I eventually get the items I ordered but I’m doubtful at this point.

Quality poor and different from listing.

I had high hopes despite negative reviews, unfortunately, the items I received were completely different than listed.

I placed an order for Xplr Merch for Sam and Colby for the Letterman's Jacket and a Hell Week hoodie.

The website stated that the letterman's jacket was wool with leather sleeves. What I received: 50%polyester 50% cotton and faux leather.

The website stated that the hoodie was 80% cotton and 20% polyester. What I received: 50% cotton 50% polyester.

When I emailed Fanjoy about the problem they only offered a 15% off coupon code for a future purchase, which is absolutely unacceptable. Sorry, with the false advertising there is no way I'd purchase again. I've since had to file a BBB claim and submit a dispute through my bank.

Outrageous!!! My order didn’t arrive and they won't give me a refund

This has got to be a f-ing joke! I contacted customer service a million times, requesting a refund because my order didn’t arrive fully. They said they'd send me a replacement order, but having already waited for months and months, I was not interested in the replacement and requested my money back. Ever since then I have not gotten any reply anymore and no refund either. I work in customer service myself and would never write a bad review without cause. This is so upsetting and outrageous. I just want my money back. That's all. But not even a reply. This is genuinely the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Fanjoy, if you're reading this, I want my money back!!!

Bad start, but the company fixed the issue

I am amending/updating this review. Fanjoy reached out and after showing them photos of what we received, they sent out a new phone cover that was exactly as expected. So, if you have any issues, make sure you contact them as they will make things right. Thank you fanjoy for the follow-up.

I still left one star off because they should have better initial quality control.

Ordered a Tiko phone cover and it did t look anything like advertised. Picture was blown up and cut off. You can’t even make out what it was supposed to be. We had it sent overseas by a freight forwarding agent, so no way to even return it. My son was so disappointed. Will never recommend this company and these YouTubers that push their fans to buy through them should be ashamed

Do not order these hoodies

Do not order these hoodies. They are trash and they send you the exact same hoodie. If you reach out to customer service they immediately respond with their no return policy and nothing else. I ordered four hoodies total. Two Medium and two XL. All four came in the exact same color and the exact same logo. What a load of trash. Do not buy these.

Do not listen to Cherie the customer service manger. I’ve already talked to her before I even posted this. She was the one that told me over and over no refunds or returns instead of actually trying to help me. After close to twenty emails back and forth she offered me a discount on my next order. Why in the hell would she think I’d waste any money ordering from this joke of a company again! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL ARE TRASH AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!!!!!

Order not received stay well away

I ordered a T-shirt for my daughters birthday from this company weeks ago, although it states 10-15 working days for delivery I have not received my item and received no correspondence from them to say my order has been delayed, do not place an order with them, stay well away!

I wasted my money.

I ordered 2 mystery hoodies, and 4 mystery joggers. The site states that you do have a chance of receiving the same thing more than once. BUT FOUR TIMES???? Who is that lazy and hates their job??? Obviously no customer wants four of the same item. I don’t . I contacted customer service who wanted me to pay to return them. They were very cold and not much help at all. They upset me so much that my order just got donated to a shelter. I don’t even want it anymore. To make matters worse I’ve tried to review my order 5 times and they won’t even post it. Truly never was one to complain but the laziness of this business is disgusting. Don’t waste your money here.
