I tried to order but I kept getting told that you don't ship to the USA. After a few tries I noticed a message that asked if I was in the USA amd I clicked on it and a list of countries pop up. I sele... See more

I always get my issues in a timely manner and when I receive a wrong issue or missing an issue I am able to email for corrections

We hope to expand into more countries. If an item is truly out of stock and awaiting replenishment, we suggest being transparent with consumers. At least they will know the current status. Keeping the status as 'Preparing for shipment, please wait' indefinitely makes people feel like the wait is never-ending.

I signed up for the vader module. I will be receiving my first order in a few days. I have really appreciated the updates to when it will be available and ready to send. I look forward to each month. The only issue I had was putting in the promo code for $100;off the purchase. It just kept going back a screen every time I tried to enter it. I have heard nothing but positive feedback from friends who did other kits. Looking at the detail of the models on line have been so impressive. It's been over 35 years since I've built one but after seeing the ad on FB I remembered how much fun and joy I got building them and within minutes I was ordering my 1st of many. Sincerely, Jarrod.

I purchased their Millennium Falcon full kit last year and they failed to provide the parts that I paid for. They kept stringing me along. I still don't have everything. This business is not honest and does not honor their agreements.

I started the Millenium Falcon model. Parts kept being delayed and although I was supposed to have them all by last year, I do not. Every time I contact them they say it’s delayed and will be in warehouse within a week. They have told me this for 6 months.
I want a full refund but they will not do that saying it’s too late. However I have been waiting on some of these parts for well over a year.
Over priced junk with horrible customer service. Stay away.
Since they will not allow you to speak to a supervisor and refuse to refund even though it has been over six months of the same answer “it will be here soon” and just keep giving the same answer. Even though I called they refuse to let you speak to anyone in charge.
Horrible company. Do not deal with them if I could I would remove the star.

Ive given 4 stars for my personal experience. As a few on here are owed some kind of refund, my subscription was canceled due to moving home and I explained and had sorted out dates, as you feel the pressure of each parcel that arrives, especially when moving home due to health, I was told to cancel as it would of put me in hardship, I did and monies were still taken, only then to see it had been canceled not paused as promised, and just recently I received an email with a £30 loyalty bonus to reactivate the subscription even though I was told it was paused. I haven't received the £30 pounds and I'm nearly at the end of my build (iron man). The problem with this is that it's all automated as when I moved into my bungalow and had changed the billing and delivery address the parcel still went to old address and they wanted me to pay twice but have 1 refund which I didn't except. Its been hit and miss really, and I'll be honest im kinda glad its the last parcel as fast tracked it, as time is against me with this. I just feel if there was more talking between humans then most of the errors wouldn't actually happen. As few times now ive been billed twice in the same month. I feel your not listened to when it comes down to pausing it,(for any reason) only to see it canceled is so demoralizing and I kind of freaked out as hes nearly complete. I am some parts down but they have been more than accommodating and are today sending anything I'm missing as I'll only know as i come to complete him, but its sent out in a timely fashion, I did send pics of what I need, only to be asked what I need. So I hope the right parts for the stand are sent out. Overall mine has been blighted with health, and circumstance, I definitely wouldn't put it down to a bad experience as I've loved building the model and hes gonna look boss when finished. If say, there was more transparency with the subscription as monies are taken on a set day, and seems this can't be changed, like reactivating your subscription(this would ease pressure for anyone whos struggling or behind with the build, which is easy if using PayPal or any other method just follow the link in the email. I won't hold my breath for the £30 coupon that was offered, but im not gonna let that put me off building something else. High quality die cast parts, some of the magazines instructions could of been a bit clearer, but I'm an engineer by trade so soon sorted out little teething problems as im sure you'd get with any build. I'd wanted to do this since I was a kid, to be able to commit and build something with your hands and mind. Its been a pleasure and im not at the home stretch yet, but very very close. Another thing, is the courier, most of my parcels arrived in such a state, boxes smashed, tape not adhered properly, magazine crushed due to packaging errors. Luckilly resulted in no damage, but to the magazines, yes. So I'll have to iron them to flatten them. Just some more work around the subscription so to make it flexible in case the worst case scenario happens, payday changes, moving address, health. As was told i could paused it but this never happened, it was terminated. Amd this caused a lot of anxiety and sleepless nights as I am a worrier especially with things of this nature. But anyway I got to fulfill a child dream of mine. And I would recommend it to anyone who is like minded and likes to get stuck into an awesome build. Again high quality parts, with precision and finish. Also thanks for your patience and understanding with my particular problem, let's say as dont want to put it on here. Just 1 more parcel and that's me done. Did 3 boxes yesterday I'm a binge builder, I like to save the boxes and then just go at them. Need a bigger recycle bin lol. Thanks again, its been a real pleasure. Can't wait to finish and show him off.
PS Another gripe was that I didn't get the Tony Starks heart, I got a school bag and caps, t shirts(im 51 lol), so that was a little gutting, but hey ho.
Best regards,
Martin...

**UPDATE – 10/07/2026**
I contacted Fanhome again today regarding the £121.80 refund that was agreed following the cancellation of my *Back to the Future* DeLorean subscription.
Unfortunately, there has still been no progress.
Despite numerous emails, support tickets and telephone calls over the past several weeks, I remain out of pocket by £121.80. The original processing estimate was **7–10 business days**, yet that deadline has long since passed.
During today's call, customer services were again unable to provide any meaningful update. I was not given an explanation for the continued delay, nor was I provided with a realistic timescale for when the agreed refund will be processed. This has been a consistent theme throughout my interactions: apologies are offered, but no one has been able to tell me why the refund remains outstanding or when it will be paid.
I appreciate that delays can occur, but after this length of time I would expect either the agreed refund to have been processed or, at the very least, a clear explanation of the cause of the delay and a firm timetable for resolution.
As this matter remains unresolved, I will continue to update this review on a regular basis to accurately reflect my ongoing experience. If Fanhome processes the agreed refund or provides a satisfactory resolution, I will update the review accordingly. Until then, I believe it is only fair that prospective customers can see how this situation is progressing in real time.

It's not easy putting your finger on one of the many great qualities of the website. So I'll just say this. There's no improving on what's already a perfect product.

The only problem I had was when it asked my d.o.b. I couldn't put in manually so had to keep pressing it until it went all the way back to the correct date overall all good looking forward to get started thank you.
