I the undersigned write this review for the second time in an actual fact this company doesn't deserve even a 1 star from me because of their empty promises.
I think there's something bad going on involving this company. On the 11th of March at exactly 16:26 South African time I purchased a TV set in a form or way of subscription with Rentoza and I paid R490.00 for the subscription. They need some verification about me of which I did but when it to my bank verification I got stucked everytime when I tried binding it because my bank kept on sending me the OTP and after entering it, it came back reporting that there's a fraudulent suspiciousion.
This carried on until the 14th of March were Given Mbembe informed me that my subscription is being canceled.
I asked Rentoza for my refund but to my surprise FancyCorner.shop responded after seeing my review here on Trustpilot.
Edith responded by asking me to retrieve my review and promised to handle my case.
In response I told her I will only do that after receiving my refund and ever since then they've been sending me from pillar to post like I once said.
Their excuse is that they encountered an error with their refund department.
Everytime they will promise me that I will get my money after 6 to 12 working days and that time arrives for me to get my money they will send me an email telling me the same story about the error.
Even this morning I received an email from Zintle Mabongo repeating their same old excuse.
SO MY PATIENCE HAS RAN OUT WITH THIS COMPANY AND I THINK MY ATTORNEY HAS TO COME IN AS WELL AS THE OMBUDSMAN.

Do not waste your money, they have taken several payments out my bank, contacted my bank and apparently a scam they have raised a dispute to get my money back

Scam site
Scam site. Responded to an advert on Facebook, took details from me and signed me up for a subscription instead. The advert seemed legit for a shop I followed and recognised. Money requested to be refunded and subscription immediately cancelled. Bank informed of scam. Let's see if they refund and stop any subscriptions

Money was taken out my account without my agreement, had to fight for full refund, the person I spoke to wants me to review his performance. You refunded in the end so thankyou. But this should not have happened to beguin with.
