The company has great service but I feel like maybe if they can help customers to order correctly their products and interact with them show them how to properly view their products correctly to avoid mistakes and avoid at all costs.

I signed up in error through another online store.
My query was escalated and I was assisted immediately.
They offer a wide range of products however I am in South Africa and it is an international company. I prefer to shop local.

Beacause Andy was so helpful and patience with me what i requested he assisted accordingly and waiting for that waiting period for everything to be back to normal the refunds

They take money 3 times in 4 days from my account and would not refund it. A subscription I know nothing about 3 days later another charge for subscription and today I asked for a cancelation 26/4 they charge me for cancelation too.

My experience with this company was truly outstanding. Their customer service was prompt, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was smooth. I really appreciated the consistent communication and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
