The last month or so has been…

The last month or so has been ridiculous. Idk if you guys hired new admin or moderators but they are beyond incompetent and even when offered ways for improvement, they seem to absolutely miss the point. I have 9 other websites I create on, none give me the headache and bs FanCentro has dealt me in the last 30-60 days.

Too strict, while its a 18+ platform

I dont like that every post needs to be approved beforehand, and that everything 'naked' needs to be blurred to be viewed as a 'free' post. This was very annoying and frustrating to me so I stopped using and posting content on fancentro. Instead, I love to use Friends2Follow and Fansly currently

1) No able to choose thumbnail for my…

1) No able to choose thumbnail for my video. As a result my posts look terrible and not attractive. 2) Too complicated ways to explore all my posts. I always have to scroll 10 minutes down to find my old video for pin it. 3) Complicated way upload model release every time for same co-performer.

Just the best one for me!

Have tried to work on different platforms but this one is my favorite and the main one. I really like how the internal traffic works and I can get new members just by posting and live streaming. Fair % that the platform takes from a creator. I work here less than 1 year and there are lots of things changed so I see the platform is developing and make more fiches to help us earn more. And last but not least- the best support team ever! Quick responses and always helpful ❤️

The only one thing I’d like to see there - more members. The rest is just great in my opinion

Fancentro is basically a Pornography…

Fancentro is basically a Pornography site, with content creators who basically steal money from people by sharing nude content, absolute disgrace.

Fancentro should be ashamed for allowing creators, to post and share this stuff.

I’m not gay, but allowing creators to post this all over, is unacceptable.

My advice, unless you want to be a porn star, stay away.

They will suspend you for no reason and won't give you a chance to dispute it, their website is infuriating and feels very "amateur," worst of all...they keep your earnings when they suspend you and claim they will be "refunded" to your subscribers, but no one ever gets a dime! 👎🏼 👎🏼

I didn't consent to be LEAKED

Consented to my friend posting our duo content on her page and less than 24 hours later the site I pay to take down my leaked content had hundreds more site leaks of specifically the content I consented to be shared. My friend noticed the same. I consented to a platform to do the bare minimum in protecting my content behind a pay wall and they couldn't even do that. Now I get to spend months with branditscan filing DMCA notices and taking down full length videos that had never been leaked before. Thanks for that

awful experience

awful experience. the first time i joined in 2020, their affiliate programme leaked my content all over the internet onto hundreds of websites and they would not do anything to help me get it removed. this year I tried to join again and they have disapproved all of my content due to my own watermark. I've been on 15+ websites in 5 years and this one has to be the worst.

Update: my account from 2020 is still active on fancentro despite me asking for it to be deactivated, and my content is still actively being leaked online.

I subscribed to three models

I subscribed to three models, with priority chat and guaranteed answers. Also other perks they don't do them at all. They always say they are busy. Don't fall for it. Support helped me a little last time, and contacted the model. But they just get mad and then you get nothing for sure. And after writing again support they just choose the side of the models. I had a terrible experience with Fancentro, Unacceptable Service and Unauthorized Charges

I had a terrible experience with Fancentro. After purchasing a subscription, numerous unauthorized small charges kept appearing. Despite my attempts to stop them, they continued until I blocked Fancentro via my bank.

To make matters worse, the unauthorized charges accumulated to a staggering amount of €645 in a single day. Then, I received an email on May 23, 2024, threatening a €1000 collection action. This is outrageous as I had already paid for the subscription and did not consent to any additional charges.

I do not recommend Fancentro. Their service is poor and their billing practices are unacceptable. Beware!

Fancentro is a nice place to be. By far the most polite and helpsome support desk, and more polite visitors too. It is hard to be discovered, but it´s like that everywhere. Be patient and the followers will come.
