Terrible customer service and no money back for canccelled order.

I ordered item for $1,660.00 and it was not shipped in three days. I cancelled my order and received cancellation email. After one month no money back. The customer service is not answering on my emails and phone calls. I opened a dispute with my credit card and received a refund immediately. The customer service is using @hotmail.com email service that is very strange. Probably this company is operating form the basement and they are trying to save some money with terrible service.
