Money well spent!
I’ve used Falcon in Taunton 3 times. Ian is the man to speak to as he will make the process very quick, friendly and straightforward. I’ve used various vans up to a Luton. Ian has always been very accommodating and the vehicles are always very new, clean and easy to drive/use. The prices are also very affordable. It’s so nice to have a load of cargo space and take one trip rather than a dozen in a car, etc. Money very well spent if you ask me.

Reliable service
Clean, nearly new vehicle (17 seater minibus) was ready for collection on time, easy process to book it out for 2 drivers, even though only 1 was present and simple out of hours return. Overall a very pleasant experience.

A very smooth experience
A very smooth experience. Ian was very helpful as it had been a number of years since I handled a Luton van.
I had a big move in terms of miles & Ian advised I was also able to return the vehicle in the morning under my days hire, which was a big help.
My only query with Falcon is why they have to keep hold of your deposit for so long… the vehicle was checked back in without issue on the Friday, we’re now on Tuesday & still no sign. For what is a card payment surely, it can just be reversed on the day the vehicle is checked.

Regarding your deposit, the deposit is refunded either the day of the vehicles return, or the next working day if it's been returned OOH. The deposit can sometimes take 2-3 working days to show in your bank, or in some cases, 10 working days, depending on who you bank with. Rest assured we process the refund as soon as possible on our end, and can provide a refund receipt if required.

We have hired from Falcon several times before. Wanted a small van so booked it 3 months in advance, on collection were presented with a huge van. Staff kindly offered a discount due to the error.
Returned vehicle 07.30 on Monday morning but took 9 days to return deposit 😐

Deposit return lag ??
Good efficient service from the branch staff but I do have a gripe that my £500 deposit was taken on Thursday morning at 7.30am and the van was returned late that evening but it took until Tuesday afternoon for the deposit refund. Nice little earner for Falcon holding onto my money for 3 working days extra - do that to every customer and that's a lot of interest earned !!

I’ve checked the system and can confirm that we processed the refund for the deposit on the morning of Friday the 21st, as soon as our staff checked in the vehicle. The delay you’ve experienced is unfortunately caused by the processing time of your bank, which can take 3-5 working days, and sometimes up to 10 working days. We strive to return the deposit to each customer as quickly as possible once the vehicle is returned.
If necessary, I can send you a copy of the refunded receipt as proof of the refund so you can further investigate the delay with your bank.
