Constant Troubles! From the beginning, it was a headache, so I'm definitely not returning! I'll find another company for my needs.

Order full of errors, my order arrived with several major issues, wrong item incorrect quantities an.. really disappointed.

No delivery
No response
No refund

I email about it and haven't heard a thing back.

They sent me the wron item and I emailed stright away asking them to come colect it and give me a refund! no one ever got back to me.

They say They Care bu I'm not sure!

ive already left a review before but nothing ever seems to change with them!

Nothing But Hassle!
I had nothing but bother from the start - wont be using them again!
Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Received a order with a significant errors, wrong items, incorrect quantities and missing product.
Contacting customer service is impossible, phone lines direct to voicemail with email auto replies
and the advised 24/7 chat is non existent.

Prompt deliver. A call before sending the parcel to state any substitution. Friendly team. Didn’t charge me extra for delivery to Island.

I had a satisfactorey experience using Falcon but reading the reviews it is clear that some people did not. However, no one can get it right every time. Those who get problems are more likely to leave a review. It would be worth knowing how many orders are satisfactorily fulfilled with no reviews being submitted.

I did not receive the goods I bought and after sending you an email explaining the courier did not deliver the goods to the location they said they did you have not responded to my complaint. I need my money back.

Delivered the wrong item, I emailed them about this asking them to collect what was delivered and to refund me, but no one has got back to me. Tbwy don't reply to emails. Delivery was a day late. Poor service, would never recommend them. 1 star was far too generous!

Ordered since 17th of January- website says two days delivery today is 23rd January and website still says order processing it’s not even been despatched . Sent an email and got no response- called numerous times and no answer! Please refund!! Order number is FAL_ORD000038373. I would give zero stars if I could.

Order placed on 16th Jan 2025, payment has been taken from account. Not received my delivery. Tried to call, but not connecting. I am very disappointed, annoyed with this.

no real customer service, you call their phone number its automated voice recording which says to email

Placed a £50 order to get roughly £16 worth of order delivered! Wrong items sent, wrong amounts sent, and items missing!
No way of contacting them, phone numbers are just answer machine telling you to email. Emails are on auto response! Website states 24/7 chat help, which is complete rubbish!!
I needed this order for work, and now out of pocket as need to source again urgently!
I have never given a bed review in my life, but this service was so bad, and costly to me that it definitely warranted the time to make one! I can’t believe 1 order can be so wrong on every level!
Maybe someone will see the review from Falcon online and help me out??
I normally shop in the store, but as I live 2 hours away online seemed easier! NEVER AGAIN.
