Great service

My husband and I have entrusted our finances to Mike over several years and have always received excellent advice and service during the annual review process and as other financial decisions arise throughout the year.

Mike explains everything in plain English. No questions we ask are any trouble. He has been excellent from the beginning.

Mike McGurrell is always helpful, available and clear with all our financials. Not to mention the fact that he has managed our portfolio in a very profitable way. Would highly recommend this company.

Jacob supported me with renewing my mortgage deal after years of my mortgage provider leading me to believe what I wanted couldn't be done simply. I am writing my review with Jacob in mind as he is/was my only dealings with the company. Jacob went above and beyond in many ways, making time to accommodate a meeting, around my other commitments, taking time to explain in detail my options and fighting my corner with my provider to get the best deal for my circumstances. I will certainly be seeking Jacobs support when this deal has run its course!

Jordan Goddard was extremely helpful throughout the entire process! He moved quickly and secured a mortgage in a number of days which was critical!

Chris was patient, responsive and provided the advice I needed to establish what I could borrow and the product that was most suitable for me. Turnaround times were less than 48 hours at worst, despite a few changes!

Since being transferred over to Stacy MacLeod at Fairstones (Mineral) we have had two face to face appointments with her, both of which were on time and handled exceptionally well.
We found her to be very helpful and pleasant as well bringing us up to date on all our investments.
Has also made arrangements to contact us in roughly six months time to keep us up to date.
