Fast and easy, youll get your money quick

No customer service, they will call from a unknown number which is very shady, and lack of accountability from the staff

Getting my loan was super easy. I was working full-time when I got it, but then had a drastic drop if hours after a stroke at work. Since then, they've been incredibly lenient and understanding of my situation, allowing to make smaller regular payments that work with my budget. Paying is as simple as using the online portal. Everyone I've dealt with has honestly just been so wonderful and helpful this whole time. Many thanks to the entire staff at the Hespeler Road location! 🙌

Very smooth process with the options clearly laid out. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating to all my questions.

The staff and the ease of application is excellent. For people who are trying to rebuild their credit this is an excellent resource. The one issue is the rather excessive interest rate. While it is understood that this is high risk to the lender I believe that clients who have and excellent payment history should be placed on a descending interest scale where on a yearly basis a significant reduction in interest rates should be applied. I will tell you now that implementing such a system would increase your business dramatically as well as existing clients returning far more likely. Thank you for your good service.

Trying to close out my loan and they keep trying to extend it. Absolute worst customer service. You can't get a hold of anyone.

Your interest rate is really high. There's not enough informations of my monthly bill. It's like I am not paying enough. To close my debt with you guys.

Great experience they helped when I needed

I had a great experience with the Fairstone team in Abbotsford. The entire process was straightforward, professional, and surprisingly stress-free.

Everything was handled over the phone, so I never even had to go into the branch. My representative kept me updated throughout each step of the process and let me know roughly how long everything would take. As soon as everything was approved, she called to let me know it was complete and emailed me the documents through their secure system with clear instructions and the password to access them. It couldn’t have been easier.

What I appreciated most was that there were no constant follow-up calls or endless requests for more paperwork. They told me exactly what they needed, I submitted it, and that was it. The process was efficient, organized, and respectful of my time.

Their website and mobile app are also very easy to use, and if I ever had a question, it was simple to get a helpful answer.

Overall, the customer service was excellent from start to finish. If you’re looking for a loan company that’s professional, easy to work with, and makes the process as smooth as possible, I highly recommend the Abbotsford Fairstone team.

No complicated steps when applying for a Loan. Got approval based on credit score quickly. Just make sure that, you add the repayment protection insurance and other riders if you really need it.
