Kindness and Dedication

I love my Port Alberni branch where I live. The team is truly dedicated to this company and always help me out in a timely fashion! And if I’m ever in need they are always there to support and discuss opinions with me. Kindness matters, and they all have it!

They listen to understand

If you ever find yourself in a difficult place, feeling like all the odds are against you and unsure of where to turn, I truly recommend Fairstone. They took the time to listen to my story without judgment and treated me with kindness, respect, and understanding. From the beginning, I felt like they genuinely wanted to help and worked with me to find the best solution possible.

The support they provided lifted a huge weight of stress and anxiety off my shoulders, and for that I'm incredibly grateful. Knowing I have a place I can turn to when I need financial guidance gives me real peace of mind. I look forward to working with them again in the future, especially when the time comes to invest in starting my own business.

Fairstone on burnhamthorpe in…

Fairstone on burnhamthorpe in Mississauga is the worst. Harassing phone calls and no help in trying to pay the loan down. I paid my loan in interest already (10,000) no break on interest. High interest loans, no promotional rates to help pay down loan in the 3 years I’ve had it. Horrible company. Loan sharks is right. Go with easy financial
