I'm taking a break from music production but forgot to stop my subscription. I contacted the team and explained my position to them. They immediately refunded my account.

Overall, it is a great platform and I will certainly be back.

I'd used their products in the past and they have really interesting stuff. Unfortunately I was making music less so I stopped using their stuff. I forgot about my subscription and it over ran for another year. I emailed them as soon as I noticed and even though it was Jan 1st they noticed, emailed me back and refunded me really quickly. I'll likely be a customer again in the future

I recently made a purchase not realizing the product was not AAX supported and upon realizing this reached out and was promptly accommodated and issued a refund. Support was surprisingly fantastic and I appreciate that. Only downside is no AAX and hopefully that changes in the future. Best solution would be for avid Pro Tools do allow for Audio Units but I don’t see that happening any time soon. This is no fault Fadr though! Thanks.

Not only does FADR make great tools for music makers, but their customer service team is very responsive and helpful. When my yearly subscription auto-renewed and I asked for a refund, they responded immediately and I received it right away, no questions asked.

Nothing but love for the guys behind Fadr.com! The platform itself is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate. Been using it for a year now. For me it’s a game changer!

I do like to experiment and use tools in different ways than it’s supposed to be used I guess. Here’s a quick tip to help clean up (save) vocals if you haven’t tried it already. Let’s say you have a great vocal performance (high resolution) but there’s a background noise in there messing things up. Feed the vocal through and isolate. You will be amazed how good the result could be.

Last but not least. For me great customer service is super important. It’s clear that the customer team over at Fadr.com shares the same values as I am. Whenever I have questions or need assistance, they are just a message away. Always with a positive attitude!

Fadr+ is oddly constructed and not worth the money. Be careful.

I had a good experience with Fadr so far and the product is very useful.

I tried their Halloween half price offer for a yearly subscription, so $50 or £40 over here in the UK. I did it without checking reviews but I’m glad I did.

Sometimes I want to be able to hear the guitar or vocal part that I want to learn without all the other parts on top. This stem splitter does do the trick.

It’s not the best or the worst but it offers to be able split out up to 14 stems and I’ve seen no one attempting that.

Im guessing with AI? that the more people use it, the better it will get.

I use (MP3’s mainly) to work out songs I’d like to learn to play. They did work satisfactorily for that but I’d like better quality.

Fadr may well better quality results from better quality sound files but I didn’t try.

I sent an email to support requesting cancellation and refund. I got an email response and my money refunded within a couple of hours.

Stem splitting can be tried for free so I’ll be keeping a lookout to see how they’re doing and may well buy back in later.

They took $10 from my account and no work correct in my Mac ….never give me my money back and nobody resolve my problem , they answer was a problem in my MacBook

its a scam they get you to pay $50 and say money back guarantee, once you have the software none of it works, the stems separated sounds horrible cant even use them. Th midi conversations are random notes, They scamming people rot buy the paid version and then no one from customer service responds. Stay away

I was more thrilled trying this but it appears it's not suitable for my needs and i asked the support for a full cancellation and refund within the first day of buying this and i'm waiting for a reply back.

Just payed the monthly fee of 10dollars but the site doesn't recognize my subscription, what the hell?
Also no confirmation came to my e-mail about the purchase... basically Fadr just took my money in exchange for absolutely nothing, you ruined my day Fadr, thx!!!

Terms of service says they gain use of your creation no matter what your copyright is- against international patent and copyright law.
