My delivery for the week was canceled. I want to see my imagination put into the vegetables. Why green beans so often?

My senior parents love that the meals are ready to eat. They just need to heat them up and voila. Most are delicious, even though some of the veggies aren't cooked to a soft texture that they can chew. (green beans, broccoli). They also find the food spicy, even though they selected "non-spicy" option. Overly peppered food is spicy! The day of delivery they receive notices that their food for the entire week won't be delivered due to unexplained circumstances. Three times so far. This means looking for other food sources. Not convenient.

Good variety of meals. Disappointed my last box was not delivered due to an 'unforeseen circumstance' and only received an email notification the day before delivery. Why not offer to deliver the next day?

My delivery for this week was cancelled with no explanation or reasoning. I was informed the morning of my delivery of the cancellation which has greatly affected my week in terms of budgeting, schedule and time. I would have appreciated it someone from Factor reached out to me by phone or text explaining the cancellation and the reason for it. A simple refund is not acceptable as I have chose Factor Meals over many other companies. These ongoing issues with Factor has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The chat system also do not work or connect me to a live agent even though it says it is connecting - this is even more frustrating. I am still requesting for someone to reach out to me by phone to ensure my refund is being processed along with an explanation as to why my delivery was cancelled. Thanks

June 23 - Factor Meals cancelled my delivery when I needed it. It is unacceptable to explain that they had an issue at the warehouse with the boxes on delivery day and explain that they are "not" delivering on delivery day. Very unprofressional. I work hard through the week like everyone else. If I pay for a "service" I depend upon it coming through. I was hoping Factor would send meals the next day or two. NO. Instead they offer a lousy $20 to compensate. If they are undependable and cannot deliver or they can't even send meals the next day then that is not reasonable. If it happens once...... it will happen again in the future with no food for another week.
July 7 - Factor did contact me after my review however it was a standard email 101 reply with no proper explanation and a small $20 offer that was offered before. I stopped using Factor. They have enough customers so they are "indifferent".

Food is good, no question. However, I have only had 3 orders so far, and already my 3rd order was not delivered and cancelled for some reason. Not a great first impression to cancel the delivery on the day of, without even a days notice.

The meals are good and easy to make and the portions are good. I am disappointed that the meals have a best before date that is only a few days after I received them and I had to throw 4 meals out. They should at least last week. I order 3 meals a week and would eat them every other night but the two boxes I bought the meals I went to eat the last meal (4 days after I got them) they were already a day or two past the best before date. The other thing I did not like is a lot of the meals come with green beans. I am so sick of green beans. I like them every now and then but not with just about every meal.

1 box had a hard piece of plastic like the tip of a fork in the salmon, found the pork very dry. Seasonings are a bit heavy handed n some of the entrees.

Week 2 - box never showed up, unreliable

Edit: Factor reached out to me and made things right. I have not had any orders cancelled or missed since and the food quality continues to be spectacular. Happy customer. :)

The food looked good and it felt like a convenient way to skip cooking after a long day of work. My spouse and I are also struggling with portioning so it was to help with that as well on our weight loss journey. My first order was fantastic, everything showed up and it was delicious. We were excited for our second week.

There were apparently problems on their end so we got a refund for our second order and only got an email saying our delivery was cancelled at 5pm on delivery day. I expected perhaps a discount for the next one as an apology but nope.

I’ve heard this was a common thing and that others have had issues receiving their full orders. Seeing as this is the first time, I’m willing to see if things go better. It’s just a bit disappointing seeing as we’re only on the second time and there’s already issues.

We have yet to try the meals. Signed up and our first week was cancelled. Rating isn’t necessarily good or bad. Just haven’t been able to try since we signed up about 2.5 weeks ago.

Meals a decent enough for the price but really disappointed as I was blindsided this week with their cancelation. Had an entire weeks worth of food say it wasn't being delivered. No real explanation just 'heres a refund, sorry we can't fulfill your order'. This email/notification was given at 6:30pm Sunday evening (on Father's Day) before a Monday delivery... so was given no time to now prep or shop to make my own meals for a family for the week - just 'ops sorry '. Thankfully we'll be ok but had this been an elderly couple ordering or someone 100% depending on this service to deliver, what would they have done? Super uncool.

Can't make promised delivery

First order cancelled at 8h30 pm on a sunday night. Family of three with no meal prep done for the week. No emails, no explanations. Worst customer experience of my life, no joke. I REGRET giving Factor a chance. I can't wait to get my refund, because yes, they have 260$ of my money right now and I've had such a bad customer experience that I'm scared I wont get my money back! They better refund me QUICK

Didn't get the first box. Only an email saying it couldn't be delivered

Edit: factor replied and offered me a discount. Which is appreciated. However this should have been the default.

I contacted customer service through chat twice.

I have used factor for a long time. Saves me time and money. I have a weekly order on Saturdays, on Saturday I was told it would be delayed one day and delivered on Sunday. Late Saturday night I got an email saying it was canceled and will be refunded.

Customer service just said sorry and provided no additional compensation, Other than a refund.

This is an inconvenience for me as I now have to feed myself this week some other way that is less convenient and/or likely more expensive.

Offering no credit for the mistake is crazy to me. Other services would discount my next box at minimum.

I now have less trust in the brand to actually deliver what I ordered.

The last factor email says we hope we can make it up to you on your next order.

I think it's time to start exploring other meal delivery services. Because it seems like factor doesn't care that I was inconvenienced.

We were very surprised on how good the meals tasted. It is easy and quick to prepare dinner. We have been with other services before, but we always felt after a while that the taste was always the same, no matter what you ordered. Like they used only 1 type of spice for all their meals.

Its amazing food, and extremely convenient. I work 16 hours a day factor makes sure i have a healthy dinner each night.

The experience is good. I just find that this is kind of expensive. I have codes that I get that i am not able to use.
