Listen to their customers and not bull doze them. Found it very difficult to remove the plastic film after heating. Also I requested that the door bell be rung when delivering and this did not happen and the box remained at my door from approx 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. That day I did not check my email until to pm and was not expecting any delivery. I do not live by my email and a lot of seniors don't.

I have been very happy so far, with all of the meals.

They charged me for meals and about the third week into the plan, they notified me a day before that my food was not coming for the week. Even though they charged me, they never delivered my food. Nothing special. Still waiting on my money back. Customer service replies but never offers a resolution.

Signed up for my elderly parents , still very active in their late 80’s , but researched some ideas for nutritional meals , noticed Factor seemed to stand out above others . Time will tell if they like them . Both are into organic food & this seemed to be the best choice . Looking to give them more ready made nutritious meals.

We love the food, what we don’t like is last minute cancellations of order, the promise to make it up to us on our next order with no follow through unless we phone them and ask how they plan on making it up. After such a call, we received a credit on our next order. What I don’t care for either is the reduced keto menu. They only have 3 recipes available on any given week a huge change from previous extended menus. On a 6 menu order, only 3 keto to choose from. If I don’t like one of them or more, I either have to select from a non keto menu of double up on one particular item. The quality of the food is great as is the meal prep. I have recommended them to a few friends. Also Factor promotes their company and offers good promotions unfortunately only good for new clients. Do I still recommend them? Yes with a few caveats.

On reading many of the reviews here it sounds like the same issues I have other people have had. Factor is not addressing them other than sending out a Pat stock answer to say that they don’t have enough information and they’re looking into it. They don’t actually look into it. They just sent you the message and that’s it. They don’t follow up.. They don’t call I don’t think they care. Customer service is the most important part of any company providing a service. They don’t seem to realize this. A computer generated answer to people’s reviews really doesn’t cut it for me.

I tried to send food to my father and you guys screwed it up so badly. Got notifications last minute that it wouldn't be delivered. Won't use your service again.

Honestly I used to order from FACTOR A LOT especially last year, the discounts to on board new customers is a great idea to let them try
Thats how I got in and I loved the variety of recipes, the different dietary plans that are offered and the balanced meals and every single one tasted SO GOOD that even when I couldnt afford to continue ordering them every week sometimes I would crave a specific factor meal
I would order from Factor for more meals and more frequently but honestly I just cant afford the cost of factor at full price without any discounts applied
Side note I felt like the veggie on the side is often green beans lol, I like when its Brussels sprouts or carrots

For the most part, I like the meals. Some of them have meat that's overcooked and dry. Some have too much pepper and salt. But, that's what I don't like. Most meals I like. I would just like a little more sauce.

I’m now 13 boxes in with Factor_, and overall I’ve been really impressed. I’ve enjoyed the variety of meal options, and the quality has been consistently strong. The meals taste fresh, the portion sizes are satisfying, and it has made eating well during the week much easier.

I also appreciate that the meals are convenient without feeling like a basic frozen dinner. The flavours are good, the ingredients seem high quality, and there’s enough variety that it doesn’t feel repetitive.

So far, Factor_ has been a really positive experience for me, and after 13 boxes, I’d definitely say it has been worth it.

Love the meals and it really helps reaching my protein goals. The meals are really well done and there's lots of variety! Unfortunately, there have been a few occasions where meals were cancelled at the last minute with no explanation but I do get a refund and there have a few over the course of a year isn't too bad.

DO NOT BUY FACTOR MEALS. Horrible Customer service. Was told my box wasn’t being delivered due to production issues and would be issued full refund. Went out and bought my own groceries after this. Several days later I received a notification my box was being delivered the next day. Customer service agent refused to issue refund even though they told me I wasn’t getting a box and I had informed them I purchased groceries and couldn’t afford both. Also told them I was going to be out of town on the day of delivery because they told me I wasn’t getting a box. Still refused to issue a refund.

I used Factor a few years ago and quit after a number of delivery issues; some not received period. I rejoined recently and the first two weeks went by with zero issues. Third week, delivery cancelled on the day I was expecting to get it. No time to plan what grocery and when I had time to buy them. I will be quitting again. I want a reliable service.

IT's difficult to evaluate your product because I didn't receive your food yet. I just hope I will like the tast of your product.

Food is good but the delivery system is not, more then once I have had missing meals and my last order was canceled....I got a refund but it would of been nice to give me some credit as well since my meals where canceled a day before they where supposed to arrive.

I really liked the quality and reliability back a year ago. The last 6 months, I've had inconsistent quality ie no breading on a breaded chicken, one was loaded full of potatoes another hardly any, barely any corn in a dish that specified corn, the stems not removed from some green beans, broken containers.

On the plus side, the meat has always been juicy and tender and flavourful. Meals are well seasoned. They clearly focus on variety so we don't get bored, while keeping some staple favourites on rotation fairly often.

Most recently (last week) i had my monday delivery cancelled on Sunday afternoon. That left me scrambling a bit to get set up for food for the week as I had been counting on the delivery.

That being said, the customer service side seemed very accommodating when I reached out about broken containers and I was refunded the meals.

I get home from work at 5pm every day and I think "I don't know if I have time to go to the gym, shower, make dinner and eat all before I go to bed at 10. Then I remember, dinner takes 3 minutes in the microwave, gives me 30-50 g of protein post gym and 7-15g fiber. Factor gives me no excuse to skip the gym and it pushes me to look after my body and my health. I've never had a meal that wasn't delicious. One time my delivery was delayed due to an insane snow storm and they refunded my box AND sent a new box 2 days later. I would give Factor 10 out of 5 stars if I could. Thank you to the team at Factor for making prioritizing my health easier and more delicious.

My delivery for the week was canceled. I want to see my imagination put into the vegetables. Why green beans so often?

My senior parents love that the meals are ready to eat. They just need to heat them up and voila. Most are delicious, even though some of the veggies aren't cooked to a soft texture that they can chew. (green beans, broccoli). They also find the food spicy, even though they selected "non-spicy" option. Overly peppered food is spicy! The day of delivery they receive notices that their food for the entire week won't be delivered due to unexplained circumstances. Three times so far. This means looking for other food sources. Not convenient.

Good variety of meals. Disappointed my last box was not delivered due to an 'unforeseen circumstance' and only received an email notification the day before delivery. Why not offer to deliver the next day?
