Beautiful will order again

I will never order from this company again. Ordered a Valentines gift for my wife almost two weeks ago and still showing that its still in China. So safe to say its not getting here on time. Great job Fabulove 😡

It came out so cute. I love it

The order arrived very quickly even though it came from far away. I received constant updates throughout the process. The bracelets look exactly like in the pictures on the website, and the quality is outstanding (I’ve swum, skied, and used the sauna while wearing it, and it’s still perfectly intact). I went through airport security with it and had no issues. It’s an extraordinary idea and I highly recommend it.

Looks great and arrived on time

I was trying to make a return because I purchased the wrong item. They have ignored all of my emails and their phone number doesn’t work. This has been going on for 2 weeks now!!!

I don’t know why everyone is hating. I placed an order and they delivered it under 2 weeks. They give daily update on where you package is, and I actually got what i ordered with an extra bag that they give as a gift!

I have not yet received my order, even though i placed it over 3 weeks ago. I wanted it on time as it was a valentine’s day gift to my boyfriend, but i don’t think that is going to be happening. The company is not picking up phone calls or responding to e-mails. I wanted to modify my shipping address and they are not even responding to that! If I knew this was the case, I would have not ordered.

The pearl and the pearl carrier are great but the chain is very low quality and it broke the first day my wife wore it.

Not the first time I've ordered from them and definitely will not be the last, the customer service team is amazing.

Scam company.
My item never arrived. Can't get through to them on email and phone number does not work.
Avoid!!!

Surprised by the excellence and the quality.
The detail was outstanding!
I had my doubts but when the packages arrived it totally surpassed my expectations

The only reason I’m not giving a five stars is because the shipping was definitely not as fast or as up-to-date as I would have liked, but that’s also what I get for ordering from a company that uses USPS. I do wish there would’ve been an option to use a different platform and I would’ve happily paid more for it. However, the quality of the necklace was fantastic and my boyfriend absolutely loved it! Reading the card made him to Europe and it was a wonderful gift that he’s able to wear on a daily basis!

My wife absolutely love her gift. The smile that it brought because she got to (make) her own necklace was priceless

It came in a decent amount of time and good condition. My boyfriend loves it!

The ring was exact as it looks, the pictures looked clear in the ring n shipping was faster than I thought would definitely be buying from Fabulove again
