I ordered a very cute little locket for my partner with 2 pictures of our baby inside for her to wear in a ring on her finger. However, when she opened it to her horror there was a photo of someone else's 2 random children inside! Which probably means that a photo of our child has been sent to a random person as well!

I then sent an email immediately to 'support' but don't bother folks as they do not respond! I sent my original email on 5th Jan, a chaser on 9th of Jan and then sent a final email on 14th Jan, as there is no phone number you can call, advising that if I did not get a response within 48 hours I would raise a dispute with my bank, which I did and managed to get my money back thankfully.

Then, out of the blue, on 30th January 2026 I received the below email from 'support':

'Hi Josh Michels,
We noticed that you recently opened up a chargeback for your recent order that was placed on 12-17-2025. We’re very sorry to hear that you don’t consider the product you received acceptable. We want to make this right, and we would truly appreciate it if you could help us out. Would you be able to let us know about any issues with the product you received? In addition, if there’s any physical defects with the product, pictures/videos would be great as well. We look forward to hearing from you and resolving this as soon as possible.

The above email clearly shows that they didn't even check their 'support' email inbox to see if I had complained about my product, which shows the level of incompetence from this company.

Honestly, save your money and order from a proper company who will assist if they make a mistake and not when you go to your bank!

I can’t get any HELP with my order, it’s missing and NOBODY answers the emails, I even tried to reach by phone and a bot tells me to write an email. It’s a present for my fiancé and a special date RUINED.

Haven’t received order. Says delivered! No one gets back to you! Awful company! Just want a refund?

Everything was great the packaging and handling of the product was handle with care the only thing I saw that needs updated or changed is the tracking of the package Everytime I checked it showed it was still in transit but didn't give me updates like where it was located and the notification that it came in was like hours later that day, lucky I was home when the product showed up. But other than that I really liked the product and so did my girl.

Terrible Service, my boyfriend ordered a name necklace as a present. Firstly paid for express shipping and it took over a month to arrive, it came after the occasion. When this eventually arrived it was the wrong order! It was a different name, and was gold not silver. To make things worse I now can’t get in contact with them for a refund! They haven’t replied to emails and can not find another way to get in touch.
