The wait for my items was not too bad and the website was easy to navigate. what I would like to ask is that more women’s hats are available? I ordered a hat that was pink and silly me. I thought for sure it would be a women’s hat and it was not. I need a pink women’s hat Ferrari style. Go Ferrari we will see you in Monza September 4/5/6 of 2026, all the way from San Francisco!

It would be good if the sizing were more appropriate and easier to understand so that a person knows which size they need—for example, by including the corresponding height in the size details.

This was a birthday present for my Dad and he was really happy with his present! The hat was well-made, excellent quality and having a replica of Lewis Hamilton's autograph is a great addition!

My son bought a shirt that was far too big for him, so he sent it back. Receipt of the shirt was confirmed, but he never got his money back! My daughter received a shirt that was damaged. I received no reply to my message regarding the defect! Nothing but wasted money.

I ordered four items from the official F1 Store, but only two arrived. Receiving just half of my order after paying for all four items is completely unacceptable.

This shows a serious failure in order preparation and quality control. Customers should not have to waste their time chasing a company for products they have already paid for. An official Formula 1 store should provide a far more reliable and professional service.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering from the F1 Store.

I made a purchase of 2 items. Only 1 item was sent. I contacted a representative who told me the item could be resent but they needed 3 business days to do an investigation and then deem the item “lost”. I waited the days and then reached out about the reshipment. This representative tells me that the item is now out of stock with no re-stock date. She was unable to refund the $20+ of fees that I had to pay. She was unable to send me a different item in its place. So if I place another order, I will have to pay those fees again and I have lost out on the sale price that I originally ordered under. I am extremely unsatisfied. It is not the 2 representatives’ faults. They were kind and seemed to care. However, your policies stopped them from being able to truly make this right for a mistake that was not mine. This item was a birthday gift for someone else and now I do not have it. I will find other ways to cheer on our favorite drivers and teams. You have lost my trust and my business.

Delivery time - too long, eleven days form UK to Poland ;-(

I paid to have next day delivery and it was delivered at 4pm the day after it should have been delivered

I have not received my order placed last Aug. 9th despite being marked as delivered last Aug. 20th.
