Slow with almost zero customer service

Slow with almost zero customer service. Every time I check tracking g it says 5-10 more days, it’s been saying that for two weeks. I attempted to cancel a week ago but they said I couldn’t becuase the glasses are already in the lab being made. A week later they are talking me they are still in the lab. Glasses don’t take a week once they are in the lab, they take hours not days. I asked them again to cancel my order but they said they can’t. I’ve now had to open a dispute, thank god I used PayPal and they will side with me. Stay away from this company. Do your homework and research before doing business with this company, I wish I had.

I made an exchange which arrived to you…

I made an exchange which arrived to you on April 17th. I was barely contacted back on May, 4th, and was informed that the pair I returned was now out of stock and I had to change colors. I’ve tried to call a few times during your open hours and nobody ever answered. I was waiting for up to 15 min.

Not delivered after I was told it would…

Not delivered after I was told it would be all day. Notified at 10 PM that it won't be delivered today. Texts are useless. Not scheduled to be delivered the next day. Due three days late.

Got a weak reply to my comment offering a refund of half the delivery fee. Why only half?

The delivery failure due to "Business Closed" makes no sense. The delivery address was my private home. There was no indication that someone needed to be home to receive the package.

According to the FedEx tracking information, the shipment shows a delivery exception marked as “Business Closed.” This update appears directly on the tracking link we provided, and it indicates that the carrier was unable to complete the delivery due to the recipient location being closed at the time of the attempt. In this situation, the delay is determined by the carrier and is outside of our control.

That said, even though this was not an issue caused by our team, we issued a refund of half the shipping fee as a courtesy to acknowledge the inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding and are always here if you need further assistance.

Sent me glasses with loose lenses twice! Horrible customer service.

I ordered some frames with prescription lenses. They got them to me a month later, with the lenses rattling and loose. I had to talk to multiple people on the phone, where they needed me to prove the glasses they had sent me were loose with multiple videos and pictures. I contacted them again, and they promised to fix it if I went the exchange route. I specifically put on their return form that if they couldn't make the glasses properly, to just refund me. I mailed off their glasses, where they received them and I didn't hear anything back whatsoever for a week. I ended up reaching out, to find out they're closed for like 10 days for passover. They finally sent me back the exact same pair of glasses, with the same rattling and loose lenses, after a month with nothing at all changed.

I contacted them back for like the 8th time to let them know, and I requested a refund of 25 dollars and said I would pay to have them fitted by a local company. The lady on the phone barely spoke English, and said she didn't have the power to help me, but she would let a manager know, and they would reach back out to me in a few business days (this was Friday). The lady then disconnected the call and sent me a return label by email. I contacted them back during the next week when they were open to talk to a guy for 30 minutes, explaining everything again. I asked to simply just give me the credit back for part of the defective lenses. He said he couldn't do anything for me but would reach out and ask other people if they would help me. They sent me an email saying they would only issue me 25 dollars if I submitted documents proving I paid to fix the glasses they sent me that were defective as well as a video.

I had the option to send them back a 2nd time for a refund, which they said they'd only give me after 21 or so business days, but I like the frames, just not the lenses. I told them I'm done contacting them and dealing with their company. I'm not someone who posts negative reviews often, but these people are the WORST, and if I can save anyone else the frustration, it's time well spent.

Not impressed

Not impressed! Frames, no prescription, said ships same day. Ordered on the evening of the 4th, so expected them to go to the shipper on the 5th. All they did was create a label. The carrier did not take possession until the 6th. Shipped from Northern New jersey, to Northern New jersey, and it's the end of day on the 8th. Still no glasses.

In addition, the selected shipping method for this order was 5–7 business days, and the package was delivered within that selected timeframe.

We also want to clarify that “ships same day” refers specifically to when the order is handed off to the carrier, not the final delivery date, which depends on the chosen transit service.

Easy to order, reasonable price, quick delivery

I was unable to find the travel contact solution that I needed. The usual places I shop were out of stock. I found EZContacts and they not only had what I needed, but the price was fair and they didn't charge for shipping. My order came within just a couple of days.
