Chinese products. You have to hold your book 10cm close to your eyes to see something. Brills are really a joke; confirmed by professional.

I bought a pair of readers from Eyelids and I love them. I do not have to hold my iPad so far close anymore.

I ordered reading sun glasses and a hard case.
The delivery process was a little bit confusing due to contradictory status emails.
But after a few days my items arrived well packed and I really like them.
Good price-performance ratio and the design is great.

3 weeks after ordering glasses still not arrived

Contacted them several times and was told they had been sent by post on the day I ordered and I should carry on waiting.

Asked for a refund and they refused saying they would arrive 'shortly'.

Had to get my card issuer to refund me.

Would advise people to avoid.

Took much longer than promised to arrive. When they did had come from overseas. Quality for £20 for a pair of glasses as described rubbish. Cheap plastic, cheap lenses, not varifocal as advertised. No safety kite mark. Total rubbish. Avoid

Now in my 25th day of waiting for my glasses. When you email you get a standard response blaming it all on covid.
Never again.

Unfortunately wouldn't buy again. At first appeared good quality but after a couple of weeks the screws on the arms came undone and luckily had a watch screwdriver to screw them back in. Why not use threadlock to stop this happening? The frame on my partners glasses split and the lens fell out only after a couple of weeks use. Rather disappointed with a product that isn't particularly cheap.

Great product at a great price. Will buy from this business again

Eyelids NEVER AGAIN !

On November the 21st 2020 we ordered a couple of reading-glasses until December the 15th 2020 our order had not been delivered !
We sent during this period of more than three weeks four emails to the dutch customer-service. We received four times a standard feedback email in return that the glasses would have directly been send to us. Finally after our last more explicit email on the 12th of December our order was delivered by airmail on the 15th of December.

My first purchase with this company. Great value, glasses are nice affordable and delivery fast. I would recommend this company.

Order delivered within a week good quality and perfect fit, would not hesitate to use again.

Excellent personal service when I dropped them an email with a website query. Immediate attention by phoning me. Very prompt and efficient delivery. Top notch quality what's more. Thoroughly recommend.

I have used Eyelids countless times over the last few years and can’t rate them highly enough. I have registered my details with an account - so each year when I lose or break a pair of glasses I can just log in to remember which product I bought last time and what strength. Easy to repeat order. On the odd occasion I have had dealings with their Customer Service it has proved to be first class. A family business, I think, with excellent products, processes and Customer Service.

It took two weeks te recieve my glasses. One of the legd was lame. The glass was too thick for the frame. So it sticked to my eyes.
They found it great news that I shared thid with them.
Could get money back minus costs of sending. And I had first to return the glasses. Costs: about 6 euros.
Left for me: two euros.
Not worth the trouble.
But I felt conned.
