Very good customer service. Fast shipping. I was excited to order a mascara for dry eyes even though it was very expensive. Unfortunately, the mascara flaked all under my eyes at the end of the day. It looked awful. I wanted to send it back but the company resolved it by giving me a refund minus shipping costs.
