Always an exceptional experience here! The staff are excellent and deliver such a friendly and personal service. The opticians are thorough and myself and my children have always felt comfortable and well looked after by everyone. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Had an eye test for myself and my 8 year old daughter with the optometrist Lubna and was really impressed with the service provided. She was thorough, explained everything as she went along, discussed any concerns I had and was fantastic with my daughter. Would highly recommend The Eye Collective and will definitely return when our next tests are due. Thank you

The team and especially the optometrist are fantastic. Pavandeep is very experienced, cares about the customer and offers a fantastic service.

I attended for an eye test and saw Pavandeep Sahota. I would like to thank him for a very thorough assessment. He explained the scans I had and what my prescription meant. The store staff were friendly and helpful. The eye collective store Selly Oak is professional and tidy.

I brought my mom for an eye test in Harborne Eye Collective and the staff were very accommodating. My mom is in a wheelchair as her mobility isn't the best. They helped her get in with the ramp and were all very kind to her. The team brought frames over to her to try on so she didn't have to move around much. They were honestly LOVELY! Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs an eye test!

The staff at Eye Collective Harborne are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
It was my first time here and won't be my last! Lubna the optician gave me a very thorough eye exam and Molly, Lori and Hasan helped me choose lovely frames and appropriate lenses.

I went to the wythall practice last week and was greeted apun arrival, the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. I would highly recommend.

I had an eye test with Lubna and she was very professional. It all went smoothly. The staff were also really friendly and created a welcoming environment.

Everyone here was so friendly and nice. There is also a wide variety of frames to choose from which is always a plus. Molly is so helpful and made me feel very comfortable.
